Great tech and service at the most competitive rates for foreign exchange transactions !

The company were fantastic and turned a large transfer around in under 12 hours from me registering on the platform which meant my Spanish home purchase went through successfully. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've always been a great fan of the X- hedge platform and the recent approvements are terrific. I also like the fact that you get an email of movements and transactions unlike other banks and financial institutions. I have one suggestion that in the payment section where the "button" says New Payment that it should be "Make a Payment"

Alt21 is exactly what it says on the tin. A far less expensive means of hedging your currency risk for your business but also with a really easy to use software platform that allows you to remain in control. The service is great and its easy to sign on.

I've always hated been ripped off by banks and financial services companies for FX, but Alt21 has been a very welcome fix for the problem. Easy to use, great support and most importantly tiny, tiny, tiny FX costs. The way it should be!

I first used Alt21 when I needed to transfer a significant amount from GBP to EUR to buy a property. They saved me several thousands compared to other options I investigated and were completely straightforward to use. Been using them for all FX I need to do ever since; by far the best FC provider that I’ve found.

Fantastic UX and service offering

From the beginning I have been very professionally advised. The platform appears to be functional and easy enough to work with. On a personal level I have a wonderful sales manager. She is always there when I need her even with a time difference of 11 hours. I think the overall margins and fees reflect the quality of the service rendered.

Excellent service from Patricia and the team at ALT21. I needed to transfer a large amount of Euros from Spain, covert to sterling and deposit into my U.K. bank. The spot trade was executed immediately at a very competitive rate with a lower charge than my U.K. bank. Highly recommended.

I need to make regular payments in Euros and recently established my account with Alt 21. It was straight forward and Patricia and colleagues really attentive. Once the rate calculation was done I realised I had been leaving money on the table using my own bank previously!

Wow we just did our first currency spot trade EUR to NOK 5M. The application is incredibly user friendly, providing full granularity and over EUR 500 cheaper than we were getting elsewhere ..... I really do urge you to check it out

Alt21 is the best provider for FX Exchange (Spot & Forward) for companies of all sizes. I previously used Revolut and Alt21's customer service, attention to detail, willingness to build a relationship with the client and general product far exceeds Revolut. 90% of my Ltd's turnover comes in US $ Dollars so this platform is perfect for me to exchange to GBP Sterling and keep control of my cash flow. The platform is easy to navigate and if you have any queries the team are on hand to help resolve these. The statement creation also helps with accounting on my side. Great product and service.
