Got a new boiler fitted 3 years ago and…

Got a new boiler fitted 3 years ago and now i have had problems with the boiler which I'm covered for under my warranty but they wont cover it as it hasn't been fitted properly and I've tried numerous times and left messages with alternate energy but they do not respond, Gas safe have came out and inspected the boiler and they agree but so far no one has responded to me from alternate energy, i'a, on week 4 of having no hot water or heating . I will be taking this further if i get no response.

I had a hassle free underfloor…

I had a hassle free underfloor insulation done from the time of the quote till the time it was installed it was very smooth. They waited and eveything done as planned. Installation done left the place tidy.very clean job.

Highly Recommend for Energy Upgrades

I qualified for free insulation and a new smart thermostat, thanks to Alternate Energy UK. Their staff were always helpful and never pushy. Everything was completed on time, and I now feel so much more comfortable at home. If you want to save money and help the environment, give them a call!

Superb local service!

I was a bit skeptical at first about “free” insulation, but Alternate Energy UK proved me wrong! They checked my eligibility and handled all the paperwork. The process was quick—just a couple of weeks from start to finish—and the contractors were local and really friendly. I appreciate the follow-up service too. Great company!

Internal Wall Insulation Made a Huge Difference

I recently had internal wall insulation installed by Alternate Energy UK, and I’m genuinely impressed. The team explained everything clearly and helped me through the funding process.
