Such a great professional team of 3 guys! And an amazing professional job! In the standard of work, the cabling and equipment looks part of the house such a tidy job 👍. I'd recommend you guys all day long.

James came to install 2 new Hanchu storage batteries in my property. He phoned to advise me of expected time of arrival and got the job done efficiently. He respected my property and cleaned up after the job.

Great service Trust worthy could not be more helpful Thank you so much for all you did for us 😊😊😊😊👍👍❤️

The Engineer, James, was polite & efficient.

Once again a couple of great lads and a very good job.
Well recomended

At long last a company that looks after its customers. James and Vince were polite, helpful and cheerful. The installation went ahead with no stress for me. Every thing was left clean and tidy. They explained everything I needed to know and. If I have a problem I am reassured they are only on the end of the phone. A great company

This company is fantastic. They are very professional and very helpful.Their staff are all friendly and their installers are great, they know what they doing not like some companies. They also leave your home clean and tidy.

Although the work required was significantly more than I expected, I was pleased with the way James tackled the job. He dealt with some necessary repair work, not apparent until covers were removed. Despite the job taking longer than both of us expected James was cheerful and good humoured and took a long time explaining what had been done and how the apps work. It's also good to know that the company monitor activity on my behalf as well

From the start of our relationship with them & all the way through the comms have been excellent. Phil understood the brief & most importantly our budget & came up with a bespoke solution for our unusual house.

Comms with the office & then James (chief install engineer!) was also great finding a local solution to the scaffolding availability.
On the days of installation the team of 3 were amazing- polite, friendly, thorough, knowledgable, hard-working & very professional.
Thank you Phil, James, Ben & Boz.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I would like to give the team a big shout out they completed our big job within just over 2 weeks. That’s replacing roofing felt, batons, new tiles, replace some trusses, insulation and new solar panels.
Would always recommend Tom and his team to friends and family.

Excellent service in all respects.
Installed and areas left cleared up.
Very clear and helpful on products on installation and usage going forward.
All in all a top service. Thank you all.

Very impressed by the consideration shown by all staff either in person or on the telephone.
The installation went better than expected and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Our solar panels were fitted by this company 7 years ago. When they recently stopped working, they sent a man out, who said we needed a whole new system but not to worry it was covered under warranty. On their advice we paid £900 for scaffolding, we were then told it wasn't covered under warranty, and we would have to pay over £7000 for a new system. When presented with the warranty they blocked our phone numbers and ignored emails. We got a different company who informed us that it hadn't been fitted correctly, nothing was screwed down and the rodent netting had been screwed directly into the side of the panels. Their words were " I'm amazed you haven't had a fire". They are putting right the original shoddy workmanship for £500.

In response to your reply. Its only slander if its untrue. You would have recieved the email from my husband. Darren Berry

I would recommend this company. Been very good and knowledgeable. Ben the insulator was excellent, neat and tidy. 5 stars

Dealt with Ryan who was fantastic and supported me throughout the whole process

Impressed with work, all left neat and tidy. Would have no hesitation in recommendation the company.

We found Matt extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process and happy to spend time answering questions. This continued when James and Vince arrived to upgrade our system. A telephone call to confirm their imminent arrival and professionalism undertaking the work. Once we agreed the best position for the battery they kindly moved heavy items in and out and cleaned up after working on the roof. All three a credit to the company.

The installation went well and professionally, however I waited two weeks after paying the deposit before I rang them for an installation day, the full payment however was taken the next morning,
I was also promised that the panels would be cleaned, which they haven't and someone to come back to help with sorting out a tariff change in keeping with my new equipment and online connection.

After a number of years of companies ceasing trading there was initial scepticism when considering the Company for a maintenance agreement. However, every aspect of dealing with them from initial enquiry to the service check and maintenance work being carried out was excellent. This includes the peace of mind that the Agreement is transferable to a new property owner if required and if within the Agreement period. The owner contacted me after the first service check by the Company which provides additional comfort that they care about their customer base. I would recommend them.
