Alternative Eco Solutions UK LTD Opiniones

Over the years I have accumulated various solar panel companies. As you would expect I get several phone calls a year to tell me about them coming to check the various pieces of equipment or I need another piece of technology to ensure I keep things up to date. However, I have invested more than I should have done and I have to try and cut this back. Thank goodness I came across Alternative Eco Solutions who have supplied me with an excellent package for a ten year Maintenance Agreement at an extremely competitive price. The transaction was very easy and Tom was a really friendly and knowledgeable person to deal with. I'm looking forward to reducing the number of phone calls I have been getting and all I have to deal with is one company! Thank you Alternative Eco Solutions. Stuart Caine

AES fitted two solar batteries for us last week. It wasn’t straightforward but they went the extra mile to get it right without complaining and without any extra charges. The cost was on par with other quotes but the service was a lot better and the guys doing the fitting were excellent. We’ve been really impressed with the monitoring of the batteries since too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

AES ltd have absolutely transformed my failing solar system, I spent 6 years wondering if my original investment was worth the outlay. We had never achieved the FIT payments we were promised.
We found AES online and the rest is history. Their specialist arrived on time, smartly dressed and discovered only 8 of my panels were actually functioning. James explained my options in depth and made my decision very easy. Now after 6 months I can clearly see a substantial difference, the amount of revenue this system delivers is staggering in comparison. I’d like to thanks AES LTD for their professional attitude, advise and ongoing aftercare service. 10/10

Faultless service from AES

From the initial consultation I had with Lance the representative, who went through all of the options that were available to me, and advising on the most suitable location for the batteries.

The engineers arrived promptly on the designated day, they were very friendly and informative, and went through my best options again for the location of the batteries.

They were very clean and tidy, ensuring that everything was done to my complete satisfaction.

I'm very impressed with the level of service from start to finish, it's so rare in this day and age to find a company that truly do deliver on everything they said they would.

It gives me total confidence in who I'm dealing with, and a reassurance that I will always be looked after by this company.
It goes without saying I would not hesitate to recommend AES to my family and friends.

Choosing alternative eco solutions has been a game-changer for my household, and I can't recommend them enough! Thanks to the visionary leadership of directors Thomas Louie, this company is revolutionizing sustainable living. Their commitment to eco-friendly practices is evident in every aspect of their work.

The free assessment they provided for solar panels was incredibly valuable. It not only helped us understand the benefits of solar energy but also tailored a solution that perfectly fit our needs. This level of personalized attention sets them apart.

I had been dealing with another solar company in previous years, they went into liquidation. In my search for a new solar company i managed to come across Alternative Eco Solutions. I contacted Tom and Louis and they sent over an assesor Named Steve who checked over my system. He managed to find out that the inverter in my system was faulty hence why i was not recieving the same feeding tariff as before. Tom and Louis offered a very competitive price and i decided to go ahead with the offer and also a maintenance contract which made sense to sign up for just for future cover and being on the safe side. All in all i highly recommend this company. Very professional and reliable and always willing to help with a phonecall away.

I had a phone call offering a free check on my solar panels efficiency Lance arrived he plug a volt meter in and said my I mains power was to high, informed me I needed a voltage regulator No price give .He then OFFERED a payment of £ 3500 to LOOK after the solar system, no efficiency check made, he said will phone back no call made If my system failed I can replace it for £3500

Thank you Matt, Ben and Matt and Gracie in the office. Excellent service, hard working team driven by Matt who visited us several times to ensure we knew exactly what was on offer. Not an easy job to do on an old roof but reassuring to know these guys will be looking after us post repair and rework. Highly recommended.

With all the superb help that the company gives to their customers, you cannot go wrong. We will strongly recommend this company to all our family and friends.

Dealt with Tom and Louie who have been absolutely amazing through the whole process of installing our solar panels. The installers of the job have been so helpful and efficient, couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I can confidently recommend Alternative Eco Solutions to anyone considering installing, upgrading or repairing a solar panel system.
In recent years, they have made considerable improvements to my Solar system. I now also have storage batteries to help make every possible use of the sun’s energy. In addition, I can now better understand my system by using the online monitoring app.
I have had several visits from employees of this company including one of the directors, Tom; all of whom are most professional, friendly and helpful.

Having had problems in the past with other solar installation companies it is very refreshing to find a company that does what they say they will do, no quibble, no argument, no fuss. Everyone I have dealt with in the company exhibits true professional qualities.j

This firm is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their salesmen are really knowledgeable. Matt immediately spotted an issue with the work done by a previous supplier, showed the issue to me and explained what I needed to have installed, how it works and where it needs to be located. You get comprehensive documentation and a proper contract. Their workmen arrive when expected, install everything and check it is all working properly. Leave everything tidy, explain briefly how it works, leave you with documentation, but if you have any questions you just ring the office, you get straight through to a person and you get a call back with the answer that day. Such a delightful change. Their after sales service is also excellent. Your system is checked remotely to ensure it is working to maximum efficiency and Matt even helped me resolve the issue with my previous supplier. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I went with AE Solutions, partly on the recommendation of a friend, and partly because I trusted their written assurances that the price included lifetime after-sales care. AE Solutions are not the cheapest, but because they promise after-sales care, they use quality products and an installation design with 'longevity' built in. I did a lot of research and obtained quotes from two other companies before contracting with AE Solutions. I felt their system and recommended panel positions are properly designed for our particular location and house, rather than being an off the shelf 'one size fits all' design offered by the other companies.
There were problems with the installation, largely resulting from miscommunications between chains of subcontractors, but when I emailed to express my concerns, senior people came out the next day (and following days) to oversee the work being finished properly and to my full satisfaction. This demonstrates they are serious about their customer care, and I now feel I have the best-installed system possible! Although it is winter, the system is still managing to generate some power, even on overcast days. I am very confident that I have made the right decision to contract AE Solutions.

Scott and boys were great, sorting my issue out very efficiently.

I had problems with my solar panels due to the incompetence of other solar panel companies.
AE Solutions went out of their way and went to great lengths to sort it all out for me.
They came at the time they said they would and everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly and courteous at all times.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Having had a number of solar “experts” around to provide information and quotes, with the subsequent hardsell approach it was nice to come across Alternative Eco Solutions. Not only were they honest in their claims, they came up with very practical solutions to the specific issues I had with my panels. I already had panels fitted yet they were in dire need of a clean due to pigeon muck. I needed a battery fitted. Installation and cleaning was completed on the day agreed and a follow up visit to make sure everything was working was appreciated. I liked the monitoring via the App by Alternative that indicated that the system needed fine tuning, a flaw I would not have noticed. The App on my phone keeps me updated on my solar production although this in conjunction with my smart meter may well be grounds for divorce, as I have often rang my wife from a distance and called into question her decision to use the tumble dryer and have the kettle on too many times during the day. Once you get passed the novelty stage of using the App it’s an efficient system. Thanks for the additional advice on energy tariffs and your availability at the end of the phone when I’ve had some daft questions. Can’t rate Alternative Eco highly enough.

From the initial sales visit from Steve to the installation two days later by the two lads the entire experience was professional and friendly. At all times Tom and Steve were available for help and advice. A company we will definitely turn to again.

We had Lux batteries added to our solar panels and the difference they have made is amazing
The workforce At Alternative Ecosolutions are professional and very helpful and always at the end of the phone if we need them
Very pleased indeed

As a result of a recent enquiry reference my storage batteries not holding their charge, I contacted AES for advice. After explaining the problem I decided to follow their advice and updated my current Inverter. The help, advice and installation was first class and everything is now in operation. What was also comforting being able to speak with someone at the other end of the line without having to go through several channels, ie press 1,2,3 ect. My thanks to all staff and engineers who helped me through all of this.
