My sick elderly mother ordered off this website after seeing them being heavily promoted on tiktok.
When she placed an order they claimed to have sent the item but as a "proof" they sent only the eircode. When my mother emailed them again about not receiving the item they stopped all correspondence since.
She placed the item order in June -July they stopped corresponding since August.

Scammed- shipping says delivered but never received my item I have security cameras which confirms no item was delivered from them on 28th July- filed a charge back with my card provider which was rejected. I will challenge it as I want proof of delivery which is picture or signature

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Contacted and still no reply and no goods !!!

Eigentlich 0 Sterne weil es ein kompletter Betrug ist. Am 29.07.25 sollte es angekommen sein. Bis heute ist nix da. Mehrere E-Mails geschrieben. Keine Antwort. Seit neuestem gibt es auch keine Webseite mehr.

I ordered a vibration plate at a very low cost fell for it hook line sinker was advertised on tik tok took over 2 weeks no arrival so I emailed them and had a response said please wait patiently your order is in transit then 3 days later and email confirmed it was delivered but it wasnt I've sent numerous emails to them with no response they are scammers do not buy even the website has now been removed ....SCAMMERS!!!

Totale betrüger. Ich habe am 9.juli bestellt und am 25.juli stand das es geliefert worden ist und das um 22:25. Und ab dort dachte ich mir das ist komisch, auch weil wer liefert um diese zeit noch ein paket. Betrüger. Bis heute kein paket, habe schon 3 mal eine mail geschrieben keine antwort die telefonnummer geht auch nicht. Ich zahle meistens gleich direkt, aber dieses mal habe ich per rechnung gemacht bin ich froh das es per rechnung war. Bin zwar immer noch mit klarna das ganze am anschauen, aber hoffe es erledigt sich das bald.

Absolute scammers!! I bought a cheap vibration plate too good to be true it took 2 weeks to show dispatched and then a further 2 weeks to show it was in my area and ready for delivery and then said delivered no email to say it was going to be delivered never was delivered and I have emailed the company numerous times with no response and the mobile number shown on the website is always switched off I have disputed with my bank so hopefully I will get.my money back . Heads up it was on tiktok I saw the ad for this and fell for it hook line n sinker

It turns out this might be a SCAM
Yesterday on the tracking website it showed that it was delivered at 9:39 p.m. Unfortunately, I didn't get anything. Besides, who delivers parcels so late 🤔🤯

These are THIEVES. Their website no longer exists 🤬

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered my item around a month ago when delivery stated between 3-7 business days. I am still waiting and cannot get any updates from any of the emails on their website. Really frustrated
