You sent me a email saying the order was not successful

Bifold and windows arrived in good time however one was damaged. Customer service agreed to replace however no further communication on receipt of my email showing the damage or when I’m likely to receive replacement.

My order arrived when expected in perfect order, delivery driver was very helpful and friendly and answers a couple of the questions I had regarding all the components supplied.

The person who took my phone call was very polite helpful and patient the overall experience was very good thank you for your help and advice Phil Bennett 👏

The driver was a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t catch his name but we were his last drop. He had a quick cold drink and a chat and was on his way.

The driver was early and the traffic was not great. Anthony was a lovely chap helpful and curtious.

Unfortunately I had a Very bad experience with them. Ordered two big windows and frames.
One came correct but like a banana the second came wrong size. Frame was smaller than the windows.
I paid to fitter to install and install them twice because no one from the manufacturer is checking before sending.
Yes they sent me new one in two weeks time but I stained without windows during that time. They didn’t compensated me and tried to put the guilt on me.
So end of the day I paid twice to fitter and extra making good man to do the reviews again! They should cover all the inconveniences done to the customers!Absolutely unfair and definitely not going to use and recommend them !
