I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Aluminium Trade Windows has been extremely disappointing.

Our bespoke doors arrived around four weeks later than originally expected. When we came to install them, we discovered extensive damage, including scratches, abrasions, chipped areas, damaged hinges and damage to the frame itself. We also found that the trickle vents were missing from the order.

Further inspection has also revealed that the doors do not open and close correctly due to damage affecting the internal structure and alignment of the doors. The gaps between the doors are uneven, raising further concerns about the overall condition of the product supplied.

I reported the issues immediately and supplied numerous photographs. Rather than investigating the damage, the company simply stated that they did not believe the doors were delivered in that condition and suggested the damage must have occurred after delivery. They provided no evidence to support this conclusion and declined to explain what investigation, if any, had been carried out.

The doors were delivered during severe weather conditions, transported externally on the delivery vehicle, and arrived with sections of the protective wrapping already detached. Despite this, they refused to consider that the damage may have occurred before or during delivery.

Their position was simply that because the doors had been installed, they would not accept responsibility, relying entirely on their terms and conditions rather than investigating the evidence provided. They eventually agreed to send the missing trickle vents, but only offered six replacement hinges and a touch-up pen for the damaged doors.

For a purchase costing almost £2,000, I expected far better customer service and a willingness to properly investigate a genuine complaint. Instead, I was left feeling that my concerns were dismissed without any meaningful consideration.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

the bifold aluminum product is a decent one but not a premium one with top specifications. They confirmed the order by email, estimated a delivery date and then no sign until I came back to ask for an update when I was promised a new date, respecting the date this time. The door handles come with two sets of screws and a spindle but too small in my case and I requested some suitable for the door. They said to send them the dimensions and they will solve it… I'm still waiting.

I needed a quote for something I couldn't do on the website so I emailed the sales team and they were very helpful in putting together a quote with a drawing so I could visualise my doors and windows.
Arrived within the time frame they gave me, I had to delay as I couldn't do the day they had set and they were happy to move it. Overall I am happy with my experience and my new doors/windows have really modernised my house!

Ordered a door in may, door itself is good quality but had incorrect door lock/ spindle & length of screws sent. After multiple emails & calls, they still have sent me the wrong parts. The company still havent resolved the issue. Now in the process with trading standards and consumer rights 2015 to get a refund. The owner Karl wont return my calls despite me asking the company to get him to call me. Left with a 1800 pound door with a door handle that dont fit. They have arranged for a third party to come and inspect the door to which ive had no correspondence to, they are now ignoring my emails. All we asked for is for them to refund us the £30 quid upgraded lock which they refused. I Have reported to trading standards, contacted by bank for a charge back claim. I have now purchased a new handle and screws to get the door operational.

Avoid this company, they dont care about the aftersales once they have your money

The website was very easy to use when configuring my doors.
Communication was amazing when I struggled with the payment system.
It was fantastic that I could call and speak to a real person on the end of the phone.
Looking forward to delivery now.

The tracking software doesnt work but the driver made it and he was great

The second order Anthony has delivered for us - and on both occasions he’s been great! He really goes out of his way to help, carrying the windows down to the back of the garden where we building an office. Fantastic - really nice guy!

Absolute awful after sales service, would gladly give 5 stars for the door quality but customer service is dreadful, doesnt even warrant 1 star.
After installing the door, I went to install the handle to realise the spindle bar and screws they supplied were too short so couldn't be installed. I then noticed the upgraded cylinder lock I purchased was short as well.
Emailed customer service which they asked for photos with measurements, quick reply so was pretty happy.
After a few emails they told me the original lock was the upgraded one and the spare was a mistake, which I replied, "i feel like your trying to fob me off as you can clearly see in the pictures the shorter lock states 3 stars not 1.
Anyway, short story short, 3 weeks have now passed with more emails sent, still no lock, screws or spindle for my useless back door, so a unlocked rear door on my house, not very safe!
I have since made a official complaint, with no surprise, no reply!
I am now removing the door, and have emailed them to come and collect and refund me.

Something so small of an issue, which then didnt want to take responsibility for and sort out quickly has turned into a headache

We had double French doors and 2 side screen windows and 4 glazing units for the doors and windows delivered. The delivery driver was Anthony and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with,unfortunately the base threshold cill was missing from our order. Anthony emediatly contacted his depot to highlight the problem.
