There was a delay in delivery of this…

There was a delay in delivery of this by a few weeks. My builder went to their factory to collect it. I've emailed and called to discuss a refund of my delivery fee but I've had no reply.

Poor follow on service

Poor customer care. Advised some window drain covers were not supplied. Very unhelpful response and high cost. Clearly they do not want to encourage further orders.

I have looked into this and we received an email from you stating "Dear Team, We are very pleased with this order " but that you had some drainage caps missing, we looked into this but the order was delivered 3 and a half months prior which is outside of our timeframe for reporting missing parts (which is within the legal guidelines). We said we can still provide the parts for cost and shipping. I don't understand how that is unhelpful because we wouldn't provide them for free when you have had the frames for that amount of time. You also stated you loved the products so a 1 star review based on drainage caps is incredibly unfair.

Great company

Great company, great product. Very efficient from order to delivery. Delivery communications the best I’ve seen.
Delivery chap was extremely helpful.

Spot On

Online ordering was easy, delivery timescale good, competitive pricing, what’s not to like? Delivery tracking was great and Anthony an absolute credit to the company😊
