Good communication regarding delivery in including live tracking.

Thankyou only just had the produce fitted. All went well with a proper fitter

Bit disappointed that my order wasn’t complete now have to wait longer for the rest of it. Anthony done a good service was very helpful, delivery time was a bit earlier than expected at 6.15 am was given a time of delivery for 7am customer not happy because of the delay now

The delivery driver was uber helpful and really went beyond the call of duty. He is a superb ambassador for you.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered and the delivery date said 12-24 December. I then heard no correspondence for a number of weeks and they sent a delivery notice of January 15th.

I now already have the opening in my house leaving my house unusable over Christmas.

They were much more expensive than other companies and I would not have used them if I had known they weren't going to honour the delivery date set out.

Ordering the window on the website was a breeze, once you put your measurements in, notifications and updates were great.
Delivery was faster than expected, and the driver Anthony was very pleasant, so all in all a very happy customer.

This is my second time ordering from Aluminium trade windows. Very easy to use website. Windows delivered in the time frame they gave me when I ordered them.
And they seem very good quality windows. My window fitter also said they are good quality decent windows. So overall I am very happy with everything.

Brilliant up to the minute info on delivery with a very helpful real-time tracker. Anthony arrived right in the middle of busy school drop off period but was very patient while waiting for access. The product looks great so far, hopefully fitting will prove this right.

Easy to place my order, turnaround was exactly as they forecast quality of windows excellent and good value would use again in heartbeat.

Driver was great, very polite and helpful. Loses a star because one of the windows was missed off the paperwork and not loaded onto the van. Have contacted customer services to follow up.
