My wife and I bought a whole set and love the pans. The non-stick works well and the pans feel great in weight. Definitely worth what we paid for.

Best Pan I’ve Owned + Awesome Customer Service
I had the opposite experience from the other reviews here. I made a mistake with my order (completely my fault) and, after a couple follow-ups to get in touch, customer service went above and beyond to help me- some of the best support I’ve ever had.
I’ve been using the Alva Maestro pan for 3 months on an induction stove, following the care instructions. It’s the best pan I’ve owned: heats evenly, performs beautifully, never sticks, super easy to clean, and has excellent non-toxic ratings from third-party sources.
It’s my go-to for everything. I’d very happily purchase from Alva again.

Nice product terrible service
Nice product. Terrible customer service. They also promised free shipping over $179. I spent over $200 and they still charged me for shipping. They then had the nerve to mock me for wanting the shipping cost back. Which they lied and said was free. I will NEVER buy from them again. And I am starting to doubt that their pans are actually safe. There are competitors out there who gotta have better customer service than this. I mean it doesn’t get worse. They don’t respond back. Nor do they respect their customers. Once they get your money they basically flip you off. Worst run company ever. AVOID!

THIS MAESTRA ALVA $150 PAN IS NOT WHAT REVIEWS SAID IT IS. IT STICKS WITH EGGS & i HAVE TO USE BUTTER WITH IT.. UNLESS I HAVE A DEFECTIVE ONE, ITS BEING OVER PROMOTED. DONT BUY IT , CUZ IF YOU SPEND $150 FOR IT YOU'LL BE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
