Hidden FedEx charges and no alternative shipping
I am very disappointed with my experience.
I paid 18 € for FedEx Economy shipping when placing my order (Order No. 6078020).
However, after arrival, FedEx charged me additional customs clearance and handling fees (over 17 € more), which were not clearly explained in advance.
If the only shipping option is FedEx, customers should be clearly warned that additional courier fees will apply.
Also, there was no option for national postal service, which would avoid these extra courier handling costs.
Because of this hidden cost and lack of transparency, I cannot recommend this store.

Close to one year ago, I purchased a car part from this website. After that, we debated about the car part not being the right model. Hence, i opted for a refund. As Im a Singaporean, I do not have a iban number. But options later, they still couldn't issue a refund. We were bouncing many emails just for them to try something - refund in their ways. I called my bank to search for a iban that could reroute the money later. But I did not see any transaction going.

Hence, I created a wise account ( I had to top up money in order for the account to happen). I have a iban number now and all I get is they will check with accounting, and in the recent mails, I was told they sent the payment already.

In my wise account, still states 0. No transaction seen in the euro account.

Almost a year trying to chase my refund. To my other beloved friends from Alvadi, my order was 5609956 and in the account, I cannot see it anymore. What else can I do?

I had a very disappointing experience with Alvadi. After placing my order, they informed me that two critical parts were not available. I immediately requested to cancel the order — not once, but multiple times — and even received a confirmation that it would be canceled. Yet they ignored all my requests and proceeded to ship the order without the most important items and without my approval.

This is completely unacceptable. I received the parcel without the major parts, and now I’m stuck waiting for them to “request it back from the courier” before issuing a refund. Very poor communication and customer service.

I cannot recommend Alvadi based on this experience.

ATTENTION - they didn’t refund my money after sent back the spare returned because not correct for my car although their info. Easy to make money this way…

the site was created by some sick developers. Each click is accompanied by a captcha confirmation. The site is loaded like a 15 ton truck. Awful. Is it really such a pity to spend 1000 euros to create a fast and convenient website? Find a normal developer and you will be happy. I hope I helped the owners of this store to become a better person.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews here with regards to delivery. But I got my part on the promised delivery date and the parts had a perfect fit. Delivery to Sweden.

Only reason for the 4/5 was they didn't ship the day they said they would but delayed the shipping date 2 days.

All and all, I'd definitely buy from them again.

Ordered some OEM lights that I was having trouble finding for my car. Price was good and ship cost good too from Estonia to Ireland.

Delivery took about 10 days.

Will be back for more bits and pieces.
