I am 6-months post-op from my full tummy tuck with liposuction for optimum contouring, and I cannot recommend Professor Mahajan enough! After three pregnancies all delivered through cesarean section, I had loose, overhanging skin and separated muscles that diet and exercise simply could not fix. From my very first consultation, Professor Mahajan proved himself to be an absolute master of his craft. I had a brilliant experience with Mr Mahajan during my breast reduction surgery journey. I have always had very large breasts and since my teenage years, struggled with shoulder and back discomfort, difficulty finding clothes that fit properly and ongoing body image issues.
From my very first consultation, Mr Mahajan thoroughly explained the procedure, recovery process and expected outcomes, while also making sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions and feel completely comfortable throughout. After my surgery I had minimal pain and only required paracetamol and ibuprofen.

Last month I attended the Yorkshire Clinic for the replacement of my breast implants. I had an initial consultation with Professor Ajay Mahajan who was very professional, he talked me through the full procedure, we discussed the different implant options, texture & shape & their pros and cons, the associated risks of surgery and my expectations, size ,fullness etc. I was given lots of information to read, a timescale for the operation and asked to contact his P.A if I still wished to go ahead. I did go ahead and I have to say the service at the Yorkshire Clinic was exceptional. I stayed in 1 night and the nurses who looked after me were lovely, they monitored me the whole time, I had plenty of pain relief and was made very comfortable. It has now been a month since my operation and I am very pleased with the outcome as they feel very soft and natural. Prof Mahajan did an excellent job and I have no hesitation in recommending him and the YC to anyone considering breast augmentation.

I’d lived with a stubborn pouch since my teens, and no amount of dieting or gym work ever made it go away. The most amazing, life changing experience I have had or ever will. This man has given an old lady their confidence back with just 6 hours of work. At consultation, I thought I just needed my skin tightening but Professor Mahajan recommended a Blepharoplasty and face and neck lift. Wow. Just wow. I couldn’t believe the difference. But it was so natural, not too tight that you can’t smile…just perfect. The operation was done under local anaesthetic and I’m not going to lie, it was a hard 6 hour operation. The nurses , Grace and Jay, were by my side throughout But it was so worth it when I saw the results. The recovery was so easy. Everything started to settle after a couple of days. Took it easy for a couple of weeks and then I was back to doing most everyday tasks. I haven’t looked back since. And I no longer hide from a camera, unfortunately, I can’t stop taking selfies. Happy days. Professor Mahajan is also the most personable and approachable man to deal with. If you’re thinking of going down the route of Plastic Surgery, he is your man.

I had my mummy body done with ajay in July, I can not recommend him enough he has given me back confidence and self like which I had lost. Due to twin pregnancy and weight gain then loss I was like an empty balloon I have a flatter stomach then I have ever had my boobs are like an 18 yr old lol. Professor Ajax Mahajan is an outstanding surgeon and gave me results which was unattainable, or so I thought.
I had a midi facelift with liposuction of the neck procedure because of weight loss my face, neck and jowls had dropped significantly and to me looked unsightly which affected my confidence negatively.
After researching cosmetic surgeons for at lease six months and having consultations Mr Mahajan was head and shoulders above any others I’d seen as he is very personable and equally professional and there is no hard sell just an honest outcome on the results to be achieved.
On the day of surgery I was very nervous but the team are so warm and friendly that I became at ease.
I opted to be awake for my surgery and I can honestly say the pain during the procedure was minimal and surprisingly felt like the time taken was relatively quick even the we went over the planned surgery time as Mr Mahajan is meticulous and would not be rushed. During surgery his assistant was amazing and held my hand and offered words of comfort and gave updates where we were at, also a very funny lady which had me laughing out loud.
I am now 8 months post op and the results are fabulous and I have regained my confidence so instead of shying away from situations I now find myself at the forefront.
I would recommend Mr Mahajan in a heartbeat and have recommended to many people already. I will be back for further surgery in the future (Not for the face) without hesitation as he is the best of the best there is today.

My whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Professor Mahajan was professional, talking through the treatment options, explaining the pros and cons. Talked me through the procedure during the initial consultation. He made sure that I was having the procedure for the right reasons. Booking the procedure was easy, and the operation took place just a few weeks later
The operation itself was completed in theatre under local anaesthetic. I was worried about the injections, however I was given constant reassurance and everything was explained as we went along.
There was music playing in the background the whole time, and the atmosphere was relaxed and good humoured. I was able to ask questions and could even look at what was going to happen.
I was relaxed the whole time, and the whole procedure was painless.

The healing process went well, and I had no pain in my face. I was back to work within a week

I am now three months in, and I have to say the results are fantastic. The scarring is minimal and cannot be seen as it is well hidden under the hairline

After considering this procedure for close to 4 years, or as long as I can remember, I can honestly say it is one of the best things I have ever done.

1. Whilst it can feel embarrassing to have to share something so personal, the second I spoke about this I felt a wave of relief. Professor Mahajan reminded me that he is very experienced in this procedure, and just know that you are not the first person and certainly won’t be the last to visit for the same reason. For me, a few visits of feeling a little bit out of my comfort zone, are nothing in comparison to a new lifetime of confidence I have now gained, and I am so, SO, glad I didn’t let the initial fear put me off. I will never look back and haven’t done since. My only regret is not doing this all them years ago.

1. From reading experiences elsewhere online, I was nervous about the recovery process. Whilst there are obviously risks with any procedure, the surgery and the recovery was no where near as bad as I had imagined.

On the day, I was greeted by the professor and the fantastic nurses, they were all so kind and professional and it really put me at ease. They played some music and we chatted the whole way through. I can’t express how much all of their kindness made this experience so positive for me. After arriving, I was leaving 2 hours later and have never felt so much relief.

The first few days post op were uncomfortable at the most, there was a little swelling and bruising as expected but by day 5 I was resuming some light household activity.

I am now 12 weeks post op, and I have resumed everything as normal. I can run, swim, walk my dog, and live my life the way it was before, but with so much extra confidence.

For anyone considering doing this, please don’t let the fear stop you and just know that the team are here to support you and make you comfortable throughout the process.

I wanted to share my experience having labiaplasty surgery with Dr. Mahajan at Evolve Medical clinic in Leeds, as I know how nerve-wracking it can be to research this procedure and find the right surgeon.
Initial Consultation
From the very first consultation, Dr. Mahajan put me completely at ease. His approach was both friendly and thoroughly professional - he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without making me feel embarrassed, and never rushed the appointment. I felt genuinely listened to and understood, which meant everything when discussing such a personal procedure.
Surgery Day
I'll be honest - I was quite apprehensive about being awake during the procedure. The anaesthetic injections were very uncomfortable initially, but Dr. Mahajan and his team were incredibly reassuring throughout. Once the local anaesthetic took effect, the procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, at times when I felt a slight pinch more anaesthesia was injected. I felt very relaxed throughout.
The nurses and team at Evolve deserve a special mention - they were absolutely wonderful. So caring and supportive from the moment I arrived until I was settled in the recovery room. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference to my experience.
Recovery Process
The first few weeks post-surgery were challenging, I won't sugarcoat it! There was significant swelling and I was quite uncomfortable, but paracetamol helped take the edge off the discomfort along with taking things very easy.
Practical recovery details:
• I wore sanitary pads for around 6 days post-surgery as there is a fair amount of spotting during this time
• Toileting required extra care - I used a water bottle spray and very gently dabbed dry with wet tissues - this careful routine continued for about 4-5 weeks
• After removing the pads, I was most comfortable in some comfy baggy trousers with no underwear for 4 weeks (the underwear seemed to rub a little too much)
• I could walk around the house immediately and managed gentle walks outside within the first week
• I returned to work after 2 weeks (I'd definitely recommend taking the full 2 weeks off work or any activities)
• Sitting for long periods remained uncomfortable for 4-5 weeks, but from the 4-week mark, each day got progressively better
• I applied a bit of Vaseline from week 4 onwards to prevent clothes rubbing
• The dissolvable stitches were completely gone by 4 weeks
• I avoided strenuous exercise for 8 weeks and returned to all my normal activities (including biking and swimming) by week 10
At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Mahajan showed me my before and after pictures, and I genuinely couldn't believe the transformation. The results exceeded all my expectations.
Final Thought
I am absolutely over the moon with my results and honestly cannot recommend Dr. Mahajan highly enough. From the initial consultation through to the surgery day and follow-up appointments, his care has been exceptional. But beyond his wonderful bedside manner, the actual surgical work is incredible.

Today I had my 3 month review following upper blepheroplasty with Professor Ajay Mahajan. I am extremely happy with the results. When he showed me the before and after photos its was amazing to see the difference. I am definitely glad I had it done as its given me back some lost confidence.

ARM LIFT SURGERY.
I had noticed over the last few years that the elasticity on my inner arms was getting worse & this had started to bother me. A friend recommended Professor Ajay Mahajan to me as an exceptional surgeon & assured me I’d be in safe hands.
I read his reviews on Trustpilot which were all extremely positive so I made an appointment to see him.
The appointment was in a very relaxed environment, Prof. Mahajan was very reassuring & informative so I came away feeling very confident that I was indeed in very safe hands.
The surgery was pretty much pain free & I had no issues at all.
I was given all the relevant information on how to look after my arms & told to get in touch with the surgery immediately if I needed any assistance or help at all.
The after care service & nurses that assisted with my dressings & any questions I had were also very professional
& friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
I’m now 6 months post op & I can’t believe how well my arms are healing, yes there’s a scar but it really is flat, thin and is blending back in nicely!!
I’m so pleased I had the operation done, my arms are firm again & I don’t see the issues that bothered me before when I now look in the mirror every morning!!

My mini face lift with Professor Mahajan went very well. I was nervous of being awake during the operation but didn't feel a thing after the anaesthetic had been put in (that was painful but quick!). Prof Mahajan was calm and professional throughout and the staff at Evolve Medical clinic were all kind and supportive. The first couple of days after the operation were a bit uncomfortable as I had to wear a headband to keep my bandage on and also sleep propped up but there was little pain apart from a stiff neck, some bruising and a black eye. Two weeks later the bruises had gone and the scars were healing nicely. I am delighted with the results. My jawline is smooth and tight, my neck is tighter and my cheeks are lifted and lines around my nose and mouth have been smoothed out. I have had two follow up meetings with Prof Mahajan personally and Evolve Medical were available to talk to if I had any concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending Prof Mahajan to anyone wishing to improve their appearance. His care and attention and expertise were exceptional.

I am 3 months post surgery for upper and lower eye surgery by Prof. Mahajan at the Yorkshire Clinic.
My entire experience at the clinic was faultless from Nicola Mr Mahajan’s secretary who was so helpful to the nursing staff who looked after me so well especially after surgery (Martha & Naseem).
Mr Mahajan is a lovely man who made me feel at ease from the first consultation where he advised me to think about the surgery before booking it. His patience in seeing me when I had any concerns post surgery he never once made me feel it was inconvenient.
