Great customer service
I was looking for a great suitcase. I had bought
Antler and returned it. This had a whopping
discount and is so good-looking, though wish it
had side handles. I have had Brics luggage
before. The disappointment came with the
courier, DPD. Unreliable. Delivered to wrong
address so several days late in arriving.

Very unprofessional company
Very unprofessional company, I ordered and soon as my Order was delivered I emailed the Amar stating that my order was missing 8 packs of balloons.
I am yet to hear from them. The mobile number don’t work and I have also reached out on their social media.
I am so disappointed.
