Fantastic service. Remembered a birthday in the afternoon and was struggling to find same-day delivery in London. Whatsapp q&a was very responsive, and the follow up and status updates was amazing. Would definitely use again!

Quick turnaround, great flexibility and high quality work. The only glitch was thr slightly delayed delivery, but this was at least partly down to the unusually high traffic on the day preceding the Coronation.

The fact they do same day delivery is a game changer that helped me alot

I received the roses the very next day after ordering and I was very impressed! The roses smelt AMAZING and they were so beautiful. I will definitely be ordering these again.

I was assured my delivery as I had selected a specific date, upon dpd sending me delivery status I noticed was for day after, I contacted Amarante whom guaranteed me that they have spoken to the manger & there would be no issue. After paying £200 & being assured as the whole point was to be delivered on the birthday I was very disappointed. Having over looked their negative comments as appreciate issues but not when it is before time and being told I have no concerns. Thou the quality of the product is yet to be reviewed as awaiting for delivery, I really suggest if specific date is a priority do not rely upon Amarante. I will further the review once received and what Amarante do in accordance with not upholding their policy. I could have ordered from America from Million Roses & had a better service as they were on hand with wats app. Again really disappointed, whole point was to mark occasion & this should be non negotiable esp when confirmed days prior.

Very pleased with the flowers and the reception was delighted to own them.

Honestly, my first impression was, "Jeez, that's expensive!" But when the missus received the flowers, it was worth every penny. She absolutely loved them. Go on, lads - don't be tight!

Ordered 'Large Royal Blue Round Suede Rose Box' to help out my boys with a Mother's Day's gift. Fantastic product - my wife was very impressed. Much better quality and customer service than I experienced in the past few years from other providers.
The only difficulty I had is to understand the delivery day when I placed the order, but the customer service team made it all happen on time after I followed up. I'll surely continue to order from Aramante London for similar occasion in the future, provided they keep up the same product quality and good customer service currently experienced.

It was my daughter’s birthday. Before I placed the order I confirmed with Amarante London whether it could be delivered on 25/03 morning. The answer was yes and placed the order and paid extra for Saturday delivery. However, the delivery didn’t happen in the morning and now it is sitting in a post office. No responsibility was taken and refused to refund the money. What a disappointment!!
It is a totally loss for me!! Bad business practice and customer service.
