Amarante were excellent. Fulfilled a last minute order for Valentines Day - the busiest time of year - with no fuss and no issues. Delivered the next day and were excellent quality.

Worst customer service ever experienced.
Have emailed and called for the last month and no one has got back to me. When you spend close to £200 on a bouquet it would be good to know the florist puts some care and effort into what they sell.
The lack of response shows their disinterest in their customers.
Will NEVER use company again

This is a fraudulent and misleading who wish they were a high-end forever and fresh flower delivery service.
Although I paid £150.00 for my partners Valentine's Day 12 Roses which came on time but that is the only reason I've vomited out the 1 star.
The fresh flowers that came in their signature cheap generic logo-looking box, to my horror only 11 Roses arrived and in addition the presentation for money spent was nothing short of being the type of bouquet you pick up in a petrol station or your local chain supermarket by now I know u get the picture.
Almost ruining my whole day efforts I immediately contacted Amarante Fraud London sending them a video and vocal disappointment email which to date I have received no reply or explanation I hope these jokers see this and re-name their whole operation. Deflower Fraudulents of London. NEVER AGAIN
Used this company, over others, based on google reviews - reading feedback here, I think those may be fake.
Ordered an item for Valentine’s Day and the item that arrived was not what I had ordered.
The information on their website suggests a proactive approach to customer service, the reality is that it’s non-existent.
Post order - 3 emails and a WhatsApp and various marketing emails since. No acknowledgment of my email seeking clarification.
My advice…your local florist is always going to be the better option.

Have used this company a few times now, and they have generally been ok. However, I brought a £75 bouquet of roses for valentines day. What I received was nothing like what I had ordered, if anything it was the cheaper item that was available. If a company demands £75 for 12 red roses on valentines day I want them to be what I ordered as a minimum. I am very disappointed, I will not be using today and I feel that your customer service has let you down as I have made contact and received no reply.
It seems Amarante has invested in the sales team but is skimping on fulfilment (delivery) and customer service. You simply cannot depend on them to delivery your items for important occasions and should not waste your time calling customer service if there is a problem.
Their online terms state they use DPD for UK deliveries. That is apparently a lie, as they used Royal Mail. (Who uses Royal Mail for important deliveries?) Needless to say, despite receiving deliveries from Ikea and Amazon the same day, somehow the Royal Mail found my house "inaccessible".
A company focused on customer service would have taken responsibility and sent me the flowers using another method. Not Amarante. The same people who helped sell me the flowers and another 3 or 4 customer service people basically told me to take it up with Royal Mail and it wasn't their problem. One just hung up on me (firmly but not rudely) because she said she needed to help other customers.
In the end, I got online and had the same quality flowers delivered to my "inaccessible" house from another vendor in 30 minutes time.
They of couse replied (as you can see below) in a non-customer friendly, formulaic way. They don't take any responsibility for actually delivering the flowers, and despite the fact I had to go buy ANOTHER box of flowers from someone else, they are NOW REFUSING TO REFUND ME. Separately by WhatsApp - they are now using "day you selected" instead of "delivery date" to somehow make it sound like the delivery date doesn't matter.
Finally - the flowers that did show up look like they've been without water for 2 days - because that's exactly what happened.
The statement below is proof that Amarante has no intention of taking responsibility for delivering their product to you...but they are happy to know their job is done once the Royal Mail have them.
And yes, I won't hesitate to say for the 5th or 6th time, I want you to refund my money.

Don't waste your money on a box of soulless, very expensive infinity roses that have no smell and come in a boring cardboard hat box. I was very disappointed. Their customer service was terrible.
Now I'm getting daily advertising emails which I've tried to unsubscribed without success. Then 4.30 this morning they started WhatsApp messaging me about valentines day!
Don't touch this company and don't believe the five star reviews.
