A prompt service, super efficient and high quality product.

Slight issue with Order 27991 Florist choice deluxe upgrade - but was swiftly rectified and resulting bouquet was simply stunning. Customer support once on the case were polite, professional and dealt with query efficiently.

Flowers were stunning. There was a glitch with ordering online which stated they did but cover the area when I tried to check out, even though the website said they did. I received very quick and helpful response to my emails to sort this out. Would definitely use again

Amarante was able to help me with a small event on short notice, and were very communicative to make sure that drop off & pick up of the plants went smoothly!

I ordered the flowers for Mothers Day. They arrived a day late looking tired. I complained. After 4 days they finally replied to me with the following:

"Hi Frazer,

We use a third party courier for deliveries which is Royal Mail and therefore, I cannot comment on how the order was delivered. Please contact royal mail for further information.

Many thanks, "

This is appalling customer service as I ordered with them and not Royal Mail.

Please do not use this company as they will happily take your money and then absolve themselves of responsibility.
