I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day guaranteed delivery. They did not arrive until 7pm on the 15th. I contacted customer support regarding this and was told to take it up with Royal Mail myself as they had fulfilled their obligations! The gaslighting was unbelievable. I know my consumer rights and will be filing a chargeback

My boyfriend ordered the infinite flower for me for Valentine’s Day, unfortunately, the flowers didn’t arrive on time. it arrived on the 15th after 6.30pm. The packaging was poor less than 50% of flowers came in a good condition, all others are squeezed badly by the delivery box. Very bad customer service, we emailed them, and they ask us to contact Royal Mail for a refund. Awful experience!

After speaking directly to a member of staff I was able to organise for delivery to another area of London, all went well and on time; plus my wife was made up with a birthday gift.
If the 4 rose acrylic box had been available I would have purchased that.

Absolutely awful. I’ve used this company quite a few times and had issues with the customer service. One order for Valentines Day previously was delivered about 2pm the following day, ie very late. No one replied to my email or calls and I was ignored.

This year the customer service was still awful but at least they replied to an email.

There are now competitors for this product which is equally good but customer service is out of this world. Dont bother with Amarante- if there are any issues don’t expect anything to be resolved

Flowers arrived in beautiful condition and in one piece despite being an international shipment. Despite a slight delay by FedEx, they still arrived in one piece and were very much appreciated.

I ordered some infinity roses in November 2023 to compliment a Christmas present to wife in 2023.

Prior to sale I contacted Amarante London on instagram and they were great. They soon changed after i received the item and there were issues.

I contacted the instagram team who messed me about stating the item though it was damaged (2 roses) there were no issues. In addition I contacted their WhatsApp team who took forever to come back to me, but when I did get a response I was told, i’d need to send the item back when it was convenient however trying to organise a courier via Amarante was a headache in itself.

Upon sending multiple messages either someone on their end couldn’t read, or they genuinely purposely wound me up by asked me to repeat the issue multiple times and what had been agreed by them.

The only way I actually sorted the issue out was to escalate through PayPal then poof the WhatsApp group was live and th following day I got a replacement.

In addition I received an email a few weeks later to give feedback, that of course was on par with this review and it stated someone would contact me, it’s now 26/01/2024 and not one person has.

Really nice flowers and i was very impressed with how quickly they were able to deliver the package in time for my partner's birthday.

Amazing, fast and effective

I was very pleased with my experience with Amarante- I ordered a large box of red roses as a present and they managed to deliver it within a few hours the same day!

Ordered months before the delivery date & the order arrived on time and in perfect condition. More importantly the lady I bought the flowers for loved them 👍

Really beautiful product. My sons first treated me two years ago to these beautiful roses and their scent is still lovely. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Absolute bunch of criminals AVOID!!!

I brought a forever rose collection and my child got a tiny stain on it before it was to be presented to my partner for Xmas very soon, as it's velvet I carefully tried to clean it off to no avail.

I contacted this company and spent 7 days going back and forth to be told this in the end.

" We will not send an empty box and god knows how much we will charge you to fix it, but send it back and we will decide a price that works for us, or you can throw that entire thing away and buy another one "

That's the level of quality customer service you will get from this Faux designer outlet, fast to take your money but even faster to leave in the dark when an issue arrises.

I will never shop with a business that pretends to be a mark of distinction when in fact it's just over priced con men who don't want you to see their wax mess inside the flower bed base.

Save your money and use a firm that cares about more than your amex card number.

Quality of a this product is outstanding. It is my second purchase and it’s amazing ! Delivery was swift too !

After searching online for a next day Christmas wreath, I got a direct link to Amarante’s Gotenburg Wreath which said next day delivery, I ordered and then received an email to say the order will take a week and they wouldn’t let me cancel. I had to buy elsewhere and pay for this order as well which arrived too late for our party. A waste of money and foliage! FALSE ADVERTISING, but elsewhere for less
