The service in the bars was exemplary. The waiters in the restaurant were efficient and friendly. The overall ambiance of the ship was very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and beautifully kept, very clean and spacious. We would travel with Ambassador again.

It is always a pleasure to be back on board Ambition or Ambience, the staff and crew and entertainers are all super and they all seem to love their jobs. I am elderly and I really do love the help, respect, laughter and the food!There is a big (very big) problem... I may not be able to ever go on board again as there are never any solo cabins available, at the age of 86 I really do not want to put a deposit on a cruise 4 or 5 years ahead from now. I have a couple of mini cruises booked but after that I dont think there will be any solo cabins left on any future cruises.If I could win the lottery I could probably grab a double cabin or a small balcony cabin but I doubt it is going to happen. The recent trip on both Ambience (The greatest hits etc (from 27thMarch and the 2 nighter on ambition (3rd April) were amazing, all from my era.... marvelous! Thank you all at Ambassador for the best times of my life.

My first cruise and cannot fault the service and efficiency of all the staff on board.
Food was excellent and entertainment was very good

We’ve been on this ship three times before, and her sister ship three times. The cruises are always great and the company is generous if weather conditions or other operational concerns mean that itineraries have to be changed. We had a lovely cruise to Holland, Belgium and France.

We had a lovely cruise and found Portsmouth to be one of the most efficient and friendly ports to embark from.

Actually like the staff and ships but trying to contact guest services is hard work. Auto response to an email is "wait 7 working days for a reply", that's pretty poor. They need to invest in more staff.

Returned from an Ambassador mini cruise and the only regret is that it was for longer. Had the best time, all staff amazing, happy & very friendly. Cabin was perfect (free upgrade thank you very much Ambassador) the food was delicious 10/10

Fantastic cruise. Great atmosphere, entertainment and memories. The very high standards, customer service and facilities maintained as usual.

Service,food was exceptional and rooms are done twice daily proper daily programme no apps which is a blessing to get away from technology .

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. It was our first cruise and it was so good that we booked our next cruise for next year whilst on the ship.

Really impressed with Ambassador Ambience. Ship is old but in great shape and spotlessly clean. Food, service and entertainment all high quality. Will definitely use them again.

First experience of cruising, and I can see why people love it. So well organised. You want for nothing. Loads to do on board. Plenty of options to eat, either posh or not so posh. The ship is spotlessly clean .Opportunity to dress up should you choose to. Friendly and very helpful staff with one goal - to ensure you have a fantastic experience on board.

Everything, no complaints!

There literally wasn’t anything to criticize. This was our first cruise and right from embarking to disembarking, everything was run smoothly. The food was delicious and the staff very courteous and welcoming.

Our first time sailing with Ambassador, and we had the best time. We were on Ambience for the Greatest Hits Radio Escape 2.
The ships entertainment team and special guests from the radio were excellent throughout the week. The food and service were all of a very high standard. We loved the fact that the theatre had small tables and a waiter service. We travelled as a couple and chose to sit on a shared table of 8. We were seated with 3 other couples who were all great fun and we all became firm friends.
We had an ocean view room on the 9th floor and it was very comfortable with plenty of storage. My only slight negative, is that the shower room could do with a refresh, but having said that, the shower was a decent size and worked well and it was kept spotlessly clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to sail with Ambassador again.

I have now cruised Twice with Ambassador Cruise Line and on both I had a great experience. They are a small line and have small ships which I prefer. The standard of service from booking, boarding and customer care is perfect. The food is first class and the entertainment on board is as good as as any west end show I have seen . I would 100% recommend them if you have never cruised before and want to try but are put off by going on a huge floating Hotel . In short I will definitely be rebook in the near future

3rd Cruise. Older ship, but service and Qaulity make up for the age. Once again GHR team excelled.
