Fantastic experience. The car was left with a full tank in the cark park in front of the airport, literally right outside and we were asked to return it full to the same place. The vehicle was fairy new, clean and in very good condition. The hire is fully inclusive, so no big deposit held from your credit card and most importantly no anxiety during your holiday worrying about returning it with the slightest mark. The price was also very competitive.
The whole process was so easy, I would definitely use again and am happy to highly recommend hiring a car from them.

We recently hired a car for a week through them and it was super simple with no issues, everything was done upfront so we simply got a text when we landed showing us where the car was. Car was great - was nearly new with CarPlay and satnav which was a great bonus! Returning it was just as simple too we simply left it in a numbered bay. A really great experience and sold highly recommend!!

Great service & price. I've hired a lot of cars all over the world and i can honestly say that the service from Amber Cars during my recent holiday to Menorca has been the best i have received anywhere, including back home in the UK. Online booking was straight forward, the price was less than other hire companies and all my authorisations/licence checking was completed prior to me flying to Menorca.

When i arrived at Mahon, i was instructed to meet their rep at the gazebo just outside the terminal. The rep was very friendly & efficient and immediately showed me to our car (1 month old Jeep Avenger-in the size class i had requested). Handover was quick & painfree and i received confirmation by email. The fuelling rule is to return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when you collect it (in my case over 3/4).
Returning the car was absolutely hassle free. I was instructed to park it in the same area of the car park as collection and put the parking ticket & keys above the sunvisor.
What a great experience with Amber Cars, a lovely new car, no hidden extras, no scamming like so many other hire companies trying to get you to take extra insurance or excess waiver (all insurance is included with no excess). I will definitely book with Amber Cars when i next return to Menorca and would highly recommend them to anyone.
