We recently engaged with Ambius and requested that they take on internal landscaping works with little notice. Shirley Ann was a fantastic help and made the necessary arrangements. Our client is delighted with the quick turnaround and we are looking forward to working closely with Ambius for the duration of the contract.

We've always received a great service from Ambius, who regularly attend to maintain our office plants.
Our technician, Kerrie, has been maintaining our plants for a number of years. Kerrie is very conscientious and advises if plants need moving or changing. She is very knowledgeable and happy to discuss requirements or ideas for changing the displays.
A few invoice issues recently, is the reason for the 4* rating (our account manager is on the case!), but otherwise we receive a great service from Ambius.

Excellent service from a lovely Technician, Kerrie Rollinson, Glad she is back. Ambius have certainly served us well and helped bring life to our reception area. Kerrie takes great pride in her work and really takes care of all our plants, always on top of things and when one of our plants just did not seem to like the atmosphere she and the Ambius Team carefully chose a replacement
which did not take long to arrive.

Ambius are a great team of professionals and certainly will create a lovely atmosphere with a beautiful selection of plants. Certainly recommend them!!

Ambius provide an excellent all round service tending to our plants at our Corporate Office. Our technician Kerrie who always has a big smile is extremely helpful and makes sure our displays always look fabulous, her knowledge of plants is exceptional so always feel we are in safe hands.

Also our Christmas tree display this year was Spectacular, the attention to detail was just magical and I know the girls worked extremely hard to achieve this.

Well done... a very professional service which we would highly recommend.

Ambius provide Grounds maintenance for our client site in the North East of Scotland. We get a great service from them, but in particular from the technician Stewart McGivern. He is very proactive and communicates very well with management onsite to ensure service level expectations are being met. The Ambius Management team are also very responsive and touch base often.

Ambius delivered our beautiful plants to our office, not only were the staff really friendly and helpful they also took all the measures to ensure our plants looked great and that they were cleaned and watered before leaving. I would highly recommended Ambius to anyone wishing to add plants to their office environment. Overall it was a really great service from Ambius :)

Victoria Hughes is our technician and she does an amazing job looking after our plants, she is always friendly and approachable and is happy to discuss any concerns we have

The experience of using Ambius for scenting our premium showroom could not be worse. We are provided zero service, the billing is always wrong, they don't come out to service the units, they charge us £267 a month and do nothing. Daylight robbery. Even when you raise a ticket no one gets back to you. The managers don't answer emails and you can't call them directly. I will be cancelling our contract with immediate effect - if they even are capable of actioning that without 300 emails and calls.

We have used Ambius now for many years we receive a very personal and professional service the attention to detail is amazing - our regular technician is always happy to help, provide expert guidance and advise.

We have now used Ambius for a couple of years and honestly I cannot fault them! We have continually increased the plants we lease and this has never been a problem for them. We have had Sarah Hockman come to us whenever we need some guidance and she is always extremely helpful in facilitating changes we have to make. Tracey Morris is the person who comes to service our plants and she is friendly, professional and always, always leaves us happy. If there has ever been even a small issue with one of the plants, usually I get a response immediately and Tracey will come round asap to check it out and replace it if necessary.

I'm so, so glad we found Ambius! And we will certainly use them in years to come, both in our current office and if we ever move elsewhere. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Simon is very diligent and thorough on site. His customer service is excellent too. Jayne is a good point of contact for us and communicates very well.

Pauline has been super helpful in visiting my home by the river to provide a survey and recommendations after a surveyor (selling my home) noted we had Himalayan Balsam weeds.
I now feel confident that although it is an aggressive weed it is manageable and should cause no concern to prospective buyers.

He does an amazing job by having our plants looking nice and healthy all the time.. when something goes wrong he spots it straight away. Very kind and dedicated person, Ambius must be very proud to have staff that really cares.
