I was the one that messed up and sent Zelle to the wrong email address. In my defense, they didn’t advise as to the correct one. I get no response as to where the money went and what to do now. The phone number will not accept new messages as the voicemail is full. HELP!!!

If you want to wait weeks for shipment go to them. They don't care. Bad customer service! Send you a tracking number that's defective frozen and it's been frozen for 5 days. Instead of sending a reshipment they just don't care. I've had many supplies if shipment is frozen and it's been a week after intended delivery date they send you a reshipment! But these guys Want you to wait and even after a week the shipment is still frozen And they refuse to send you reshipment. Their email responses are I don't care attitude - they say just wait and keep looking at tracking. Are you for real? It's been over a week and tracking status hasn't changed. Then you ask refund they give you PARTIAL REFUND! And UPS shipment status update says shipper is requesting a return! Poor customer service. Don't bother with them go elsewhere!
