Fast replies and good communication
Fast replies and good communication, the tourist visa was out in 2 days.
The only issue was that the website still had an option that is not available anymore but they were able to fix it up and find a solution for it.

All good except for the website
One star deduction, not Amer’s fault, it will be an extra 100AED. That was the only thing but it did get sorted. Amer has been pretty good and kept me informed.

absolutely shocking service with no accountability. I've been waiting for a refund since June and its now November. I've called and emailed 20 times and even when they promised me a refund in 60 DAYS!!!! still no refund.
