if I would give it no stars, I would. Do not deal with this company. They’re selling the same bags that you can get in the US for $29. The customer service never responds. If you do receive something from them trust me it’s not gonna be what you ordered. In addition, the person on here saying they had a great experience. They’re probably someone from the actual company because no one would have a good experience with this company from what I can see. Do not order from this company.

Order pants on June 3rd, a shipping label was immediately created, but the pants were never received. A month later and I’m still waiting. Asked to do a refund. They stated they can’t until I receive the pants. Clearly using cheap offshore labor which while many companies do this successfully, they have still managed to fail. Don’t bother.

Do NOT buy from this company!!! Took forever to ship and then never recieved bag!!! Customer service is horrible and very unresponsive and never helped resolve my issue of not receiving order!!! BUYER BEWARE

I just wanted to take the time and give this brand a 5 star review. The quality of the purse I received was fantastic! It was the perfect gift for mothers day and I would recommend anyone else looking for a handmade purse to purchase here! There was a bit of a set back but customer service went above and beyond to have my order expedited for me.

I placed an order almost a month ago for an event and still haven’t received the item. The event already happened. I’m very disappointed.

Shipping times are inaccurate and take weeks. No apology or response from customer service.

Everything ships from India

The product and delivery was excellent in the past. I understand there are tariffs on the products but that gets passed on to the customer typically. Not happy about that but that is irrelevant to how they have handled the tariffs and delivery. It has been 3 weeks and they have not begun to be delivered to a shipping company. The website reports a 5-7 business day and is misleading. I have ordered from India, Portugal, Italy and none of my items were held up that long.

Impossible to get a hold of customer support

Awful experience.
Bought a bag - it arrived and it smelled awful. The material must have picked up everything on the way.
I returned it over 10 days ago and I have not heard back anything. Poor customer service and not worth all the trouble.

Buyer beware! I spent $120 on a bag as a gift for a friend and it completely fell apart after less than 5 uses. I reached out via email and keep getting told that they are “waiting for a response from the production team” and it’s been over 3 weeks. I have called and left messages no one answers. I leave comments on social media, they delete them. They couldn’t care less about their customers or the quality of their products, I will warn everyone I can to STAY AWAY!!!
