I really like the hoodie, the only thing I would change is the cuffs. I would like some spandex or something in them so they stay tighter to the wrist. Wind can go up the sleeves.

The company shipped the wrong item. The staff was very friendly, immediately sent a replacement in time for my son-in-law's birthday, and they allowed me to donate the "wrong" item which will make some Texas flood victim very happy!

I love your products, but twice I have returned items for exchange and waited weeks before your company notified me that they received the items I had sent back. In both cases I had to write to you to ask where my items were. When I wrote I got an immediate response. I shouldn’t have had to inquire. The exchange process took way too long.
