I would not recommend Web Harmony / American Digital Agency based on my experience.

I hired Web Harmony to build a complete Shopify website for my jewelry business for $800 and paid $400 upfront. The agreement was for a full website, not simply a homepage. After approximately two months, the website was still not completed and the homepage remained a Figma design.

After ongoing delays and communication issues, I decided to end the project and requested a refund of my $400 deposit and the transfer of my business domain.

I was then told by email that my homepage had been “implemented today” and that my domain transfer had been “initiated.” I logged into Shopify myself and checked every theme in the account. The themes were still essentially default, and the approved Figma homepage had not been implemented. I also checked the GoDaddy account I had been instructed to create and found no domain and no transfer in progress.

Most concerningly, I was then told that the release of my domain and my refund were contingent upon me signing an additional “closure agreement” stating that I would not leave a negative review of the company. This condition was not part of our original agreement. I refused to sign it.

My domain is associated with my business, has been promoted throughout my social media, and is already printed on physical insert cards I purchased for my brand. I also have written communication from the company stating that the domain is mine and would be transferred to me.

I subsequently contacted the legal email address the company provided me multiple times seeking resolution. As of writing this review, I have not received a response or resolution, and neither my requested refund nor the transfer of my domain has been completed.

I have retained documentation of the entire situation, including emails, messages, the agreed project deliverables, Figma files, screenshots of my Shopify account, GoDaddy information, and communications regarding the conditions placed on my refund and domain transfer.

I am now pursuing other available avenues to recover my funds and obtain control of my domain.

I am sharing this review so other small-business owners can make an informed decision based on my experience. I strongly recommend not working with this company.

I have had American Digital Agency create a really nice website for me, and i was very much satisfied with what they created. I had to make a decision on using them to also do further SEO work for me, and I was hesitant because I live on a fixed income. Jordan Hayes, who I have worked with for some time now, was excellent in showing me how his work on SEO for my website would benefit me at great lengths, and showed me the process and how it produces positive results over time. Jordan was very gracious in his explanation. and I have the utmost trust in him. American Digital Agency has proven my trust in them at every level, and I would highly encourage you to make use of their services.

American Digital is a top notch outfit of smart ,reliable people who made my artwork and music feel at home .They have been generous and patient and understanding .They are insightful and have good instincts ,sense of proportion , and reliability . Kevin Reed has been instrumental in our co-development of this website and has seen me through a few changes in structure and personnel to the extent that things went smoothly .We are presently involved in making changes and additions and improvements in the site and the cooperation has a sense of ease to it.

I highly recommend American Digital Agency. In addition to being professional, they have a depth and breadth of knowledge and expertise regarding online marketing and social media which is truly extraordinary. One reason they are so effective in helping clients achieve success,
from my experience, is because of their highly trained specialists in every function from website design to analytics to writing to individual social media platforms and more. I must give a huge shout out to Jordan Hayes my account manager. He is a gem to work with and I have the utmost trust in him which is
essential to me. He is responsive and always follows through on what he says he is going to do. He is an excellent educator and communicator. Creating a successful social media campaign in the sea of online social media activity I have learned is highly complicated and requires an enormous amount of sophisticated thinking, creativity and execution. One of the things I like most about working with Jordan is that we work together as a team. He respects my talents and expertise and I have respect for his. There is a synergy between us that allows us to create amazing results. If you are looking for a digital marking company that will deliver and are overwhelmed by the multitude of options out there, rest assured you won't regret signing with American Digital Agency.

The website development was poor quality, and they outsourced their support to rude foreign staff. I do not recommend this company. They have an F rating with the BBB and a 60/100 rating on ScamDetector, if that tells you anything.
I ultimately hired a professional from another company who developed a much better website. Unfortunately, I already paid ADA to rent their hosting server, which they never clearly identified (shared, VPS, dedicated, or cloud), so I've kept a guarded relationship until that expires.

Your search engine and judge for yourself. Based on my search, that’s what I found. I can always countersue if you want to try to hide your incompetence.
Addendum #2: Regardless of what these clowns try to do to hide their terrible service, I was personally insulted with one of their workers saying “F… you!” and another delaying the startup of a new website from a superior company.
Final update: I entered the company information" American Digital Agency LLC out of Ashburn, VA ID #11418533 into the BBB to confirm the information discussed herein and file a formal complaint. They are unaccredited by the BBB and have several complaints filed with the BBB. The company is likely foreign-owned (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh) based on the owner's name and the terrible support I received.

Unfortunately, my "journey" together with American Digial, turned out to be a fiasco! To start with I had 4 different representatives that all made promises, but did not keep. Also, not only didn't I receive any sales, or leads in three months that I was with them, but I paid a total of $1,700 and got nothing in return. Therefore, American Digital is not a reliable company to do business with.

"The whole process was a complete failure. Communication was absolutely terrible with flowery responses that lead to anything other than meeting my requests. The level of frustration for me grew to the point I abandoned the project. Ryan was completely incompetent. A mock was created for the website but nothing but the opening page cover was completed. Literally no deliverables for social media sites, completion of website, business card design and letter head, etc. I paid 50% up front and did not get anything worth that in return. Upon attempting to revive my one page completed website he insisted on the other 50% for services. If your looking to develop a website. Web Harmony is your nightmare waiting to happen. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My nightmare began in June 2025."

Ryan Schmidt representing Web Harmony, a brand of American Digital Agency (“Service
Provider”), and Mr. Mark Chapman (“Client”).
1. Project Enrollment
The Client enrolled with the Service Provider for the design and development of a logo and website.
The Service Provider delivered the logo along with all associated source files and completed the
website design and development in accordance with the Client’s requirements and specifications.
2. Request for Source Files
The Client requested the complete website source files in order to assign the completion of the website
to another party. The Service Provider has agreed to provide the Client with all website source files.
3. Project Closure and Mutual Release
Upon delivery of the website source files to the Client:
 There shall be no outstanding balance or payment due from either party.
 Both parties agree that no further liability, claim, or responsibility will be held by either party in
connection with this project.
 Mark will delete his review from Google as the matter has been resolved through the revised
agreement and mutual understanding regarding the release of website source files.
 This agreement shall serve as a formal closure of the project with mutual understanding and
release of any obligations from both ends.
4. Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above and agree
that this document represents the full and final understanding regarding the project.
"The services I paid 50% up front for was for a complete Website including desktop and phone versions, Upgrade to the Logo I developed, Social Media Design and Setup, Business Card Design, Letterhead Design at the minimum. The only completed task was the upgrade to the Logo I had designed and the opening page of the Website. A great example of a company that is more interested in creating a false narrative to cover incomplete and ineffective services. Now they are asking for more information in an attempted to have my review for Web Harmony removed from Trust Pilot despite the fact I have provided Web Harmony an explanation for my disappointment in the lack of service, in the following. "I have reviewed the agreement you sent, and I find it to be inaccurate and unacceptable. It does not reflect the reality of the work performed—or lack thereof—throughout this project."
"The lack of original contribution and the overall service quality have been deeply disappointing.
Companies like yours have been getting away with this for too long. Covering up the incompetence and lack of service from people like you. It's amazing to me that you still try to take credit.
I should have known how problematic things were when I sent you My initial design concepts and you sent back the EXACT design I sent you, acting as if you had accomplished something. And you're still doing it.
I will not be signing the agreement in its current form. I expect a more honest resolution regarding the transfer of my website files, and I will be determining my next steps accordingly."
