Derek is a joy and very pleasant to work with. There was a time when I felt overwhelmed and he explained everything in detail to help me understand. My website is coming along nicely but it takes time, so patience is necessary. I would highly recommend Derek and the team he works with to build a website, social media marketing and anything else to build a brand. Thank you so very much Derek!

Warning - The Company Is A Scam
This company is a complete scam. I hired them to host my website and had nothing but problems. The account manager they assigned to me was ill-informed, my website kept crashing and they tried to scam me by insisting I needed to pay hundreds of dollars more for their services to work. After a week, I canceled with them, now I have spent months fighting them to get my money back.
Updated in January 2023. I tried to file a complaint with the California Secretary of State and learned American Web Coders is not registered in the state of California as they claim to be. Nor are they registered in the city or county of Los Angeles.
And their claim that they only charge for "services provided" is a lie. I pre-paid for 12 months of hosting but canceled after 30 days and received no refund.

Hello,
We have carefully looked into your situation and our refund policy does not allow one in this case.
The reason being, the team kept progressing after receiving your approval on each and every step. We understand that the project took longer than expected, but again this was not taken on an expedited basis.
The same has been repeatedly communicated and we appreciate your cooperation as you stayed patient throughout the process.
American Web Coders provided you with the initial link of your website which was delivered as you desired it to be. Here is the website link which is still operational,
https://urbanhollywood411.com
We only charge our customers for the services we provide them and the changes you wanted were for additional charges. Your case was submitted with the banking merchants and American Web Coders had the case within their favor which proves that the claims you made were not correct. However, we respect and value our customers and always try to provide them with an exceptional experience. We are still looking forward to doing business with you.
Best Regards,
Team American Web Coders.

Thanks for all your hard work Zach!
I started working with AWC in June 2021, I purchased websites for my Esthetics and Makeup businesses.
My previous account manager Justin was great however, due to his promotion (congratulations Justin!) he had to reassign me to a new account manager Zach who I am very pleased with. I appreciate all the hard work Zach puts into my websites, he is insightful, effort full and pays close attention to detail which I greatly appreciate.
I definitely give my stamp of approval for AWC services and you’re lucky enough, you’ll have Zach on your next website.

Sean has been an excellent project manager for my website. The recent updates have been more time-consuming than the initial setup of the site, but they have done a good job in setting things up according to what has been asked of them. If there’s ever anything that still needs adjusted or to be changed, they will take care of it.

Website Development with AWC
I have been working AWC for almost a month now.
David, Emma, and their team have been very professional, and patient in helping me get the website I envisioned. A huge plus is they are helping, and providing training to setup the ability for me to add, remove, and modify products as business needs change. The recommended private server speed is definitely noticeable compared to the larger hosting platform was on before. I am absolutely looking forward to working with them on the marketing tools they offer when the time comes to go online.

Couldn’t be happier!
American Web Coders have delivered what I want! Michelle Brown has been very helpful and understanding in the development of my ideas. She keeps me updated on the process and has answered all my questions. The entire build has been a cooperative project between myself and Michelle. Kevin, the project head, has helped me with different options I had to start out. I am very happy with how smooth and easy this project has been. If I have concerns or adjustments, Michelle is quick to step in and help me out. I very highly recommend American Web Coders to any and who will listen.
Thanks again
Coach Bill

The design team at American Web Coders
The design team at American Web Coders, both Dale and Oscar have been extremely helpful during this process. I feel that they really understood our vision and helped us to bring that out in our website. They took the time to really understand what we wanted to accomplish, and they worked hard to support the way we wanted to be represented to others. They listened, they were patient with the changes needed, and they were understanding to our time frame. I could not be happier with the website, I genuinely love the way it looks and how it turned out. I am grateful to Dale and Oscar for all that they have done to ensure our happiness with this project
