Worst worst worst, they blocked me from WhatsApp they gave shabby products and told lies to me rhat epub is not possible while its possible , they didn't redund my money lied and also forced me to write good comments earlier so that they will refund my remaining money. I was intimidated to write good comment so that I could get my money back and when I asked for transaction details they blocked me. I now care for others and want to make sure nobody else gets cheated.....hence the review

BUYER BEWARE! They took $120 from me for my first book project with them. Then they took $120 again for my second book project with them. Delay after delay, false reassurances, false promises. This began in mid-2025. They did not place my books on ANY of the platforms they agreed to upload to but 1. When I realized what they had not done, they stalled and delayed, made excuses and blamed Amazon. They said what could not be done like pages in eBooks. When I told them that was not true, only then did they fix that one issue. They did not center the book cover on my second book. They left out the page numbers on my first book. AWC IS USING A DISHONEST BUSINESS MODEL AS A VANITY PUBLISHER. If you check AI, it will reveal the exact game American Writer's Club is playing. I gave them atleast 12 chances. I told them I could not be on the phone everyday with them for what they should know to do. They are using unqualified and poorly trained people and the excuses and delays show that. NOW THEY WILL NOT REFUND Y MONEY, even though they guarantee they will if the customer is not satisfied. If needed, I can furnish proof of my claims via text messages and emails they sent. And this is not defamation legally if what I am telling you is true. Its only a bad review because that is the truth about them. And they tried to get me to remove a review before they corrected the problems, which they never did.

By January 2026, this company was supposed to have published my book which I gave to them in the right format and already with the cover designed. All they had to do is proofread and upload. But they didn’t do that. They continued one delay after another after another. And then they just left it alone completely and never responded when I or my husband tried to contact them about this project.
