BEWARE - SCAM

BEWARE, this is a scam. After shopping, where both the website and the order confirmation stated "Free shipping" / "0 EUR Shipping", you will be presented with a shipping invoice for an insane amount (in our case, more than EUR 1000 for a medium-sized bench). DO NOT SHOP HERE

As a U.S.-based boutique, our checkout and shipping FAQ note: “Please contact us for an international shipping quote.” We understand this wasn’t clear enough during your checkout experience. While we offered to cover 50% of the international shipping cost, we ultimately issued a full refund to avoid any frustration.
We’ve since updated our international checkout process to make these details more explicit in both the shipping options and policy page. We truly appreciate your feedback for helping us improve, and we’re always here should you wish to shop with us again.

As a U.S.-based boutique, international orders to the UK typically take 4–6 weeks due to shipping and customs clearance, so a month in transit is still within our expected timeframe.

BEWARE Bait and switch. They’ll keep your money

BEWARE Bait and switch and no one on the team cares!! The items they have aren’t actually available and they won’t let you get a refund during the delay. They will keep your money while you have no product.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. Terrible experience, terrible service, and they don’t care. I ordered a $3,000 rug because it was showing as available immediately. The next day, I notice that my order confirmation says the rug won’t get to me for 2 months. If I hadn’t paid attention to the email I never would have seen it.

I decide to be patient and wait even though the delay that I almost didn’t even notice is annoying. We’ll it’s been about 6 weeks and the rug is still not in stock and we decide we’re not going to get the rug anymore. The operations manager reaches out to say she’s going to make an exception to the refund policy (which is apparently that you can only get a store credit and not a refund at any point after hitting confirm on your order no matter why you want to cancel and no matter if the item is on the way to you or not)… I ask her what the exception is and she says she’ll offer me a store credit. That’s not an exception. Yet again, they’re being misleading.

Then the owner Monica reaches out to snidely explain to me that they’re not Wayfair (as if I hadn’t noticed). She took time out of her day to rub in my face that they’d be keeping my money and didn’t care how it made no sense that they’d keep my money for an item they don’t even have in stock.

BEWARE. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of small and local business with more ethical business practices who will do the honorable thing.
