Good value for money. One point of contact throughout with direct line access. The process was explained thoroughly and questions answered promptly. Emails sent to both parties so always kept informed how the service is progressing.
The service is only suitable if you are both in agreement and have decided how to split your assets. You are however given the option to seek independent financial advice but obviously this would be an additional cost.

Patient, kind, thorough service. We had a slightly unusual financial agreement, and Lucy and the drafting team took so much care and attention to drafting it in the clearest way possible. We didn't feel rushed, and felt supported every step of the way with everything explained clearly and all questions answered. Really personable and sensitive service for an odd time.

Had a free 15 min call with Anthony. He was amazing - very knowledgable, supportive and friendly. Unfortunately, my situation wasn't suitable for Amicable's available services and I was signposted to other providers but, despite knowing this was the case, he still took the time to go through my situation and apply his knowledge and experience in the sector which put my mind at rest and will help me on my next steps

I would like to say a huge thank you to my advisor, Emma, for all her help and support with everything, for really listening during phone calls and for her kindness. I was expecting getting divorced to be really stressful but it wasn't at all, and that's thanks to her and the Amicable team. Amicable makes it very simple and straightforward and I am sure it was much, much cheaper than using solicitors.

Amicable were very helpful throughout, with an specialist ready to answer queries. Communication was clear even when a long wait for the Teachers' Pension CETV (1 year) made the process unnecessarily long. Thank you, Emma Bennett

They made a very intimidating process, a little less scary. Communication was clear throughout and service was always timely.

I was skeptical going in about the level of service provided, but reality was it was very simple (all we needed was a consent order, we had agreed everything up front) and much cheaper than quotes for equivalent service from solicitor.
Hopefully never need to use the service again in my lifetime (!) but I recommend Amicable to anyone.

Amicable certainly took out the stress of getting a divorce, a divorce that we wanted to keep amicable for all involved, as well as wanting to keep costs down to a minimum. There was always someone on the end of the phone or email to answer questions and support us through the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was a little concerned whether my interests would be best protected by using Amicable and not my own lawyer, as I had been a stay at home mum for nearly 20 years. However once we started the process I felt very comfortable that my concerns were being listened to by our Amicable lawyer, Rebecca. Whilst I have no experience of divorce the more traditional way, I strongly feel that our experience with Amicable meant the process was a lot quicker and less confrontational than it could have been. Whilst we had our joint sessions, Rebecca was also available for us to contact individually for advice and to discuss our concerns. I definitely feel she had both our best interests, and those of our children, at heart. Whilst the process was still hard emotionally, my ex and I have come out of it on friendly terms which is the best result for our 2 teenage girls.
