Great cakes, great branding and great service. 700 cup cakes delivered on time to our teams at our 4 UK locations to celebrate the 'official' welcome of MiCloud Connect into the Mitel family of cloud solutions . The cakes looked great and tasted amazing! Will definitely use Amore for future celebrations.

The service from Amore Bakery was exemplary.

For my companies 30th birthday party event, we ordered 3 boxes of gluten cupcakes with different logos on the top.
The cupcakes were delivered 1 month early, on the correct date but the wrong month - I called Amore and immediately they apologized, told us we could keep the cupcakes and that they would re-deliver them on the correct dates.

The gluten free cupcakes were slightly dry (through no fault of Amore, this is an expected side effect of removing gluten) but our gluten free employees said they were the best GF cupcakes they had ever had.
I emailed to request the second delivery contain 2 boxes of ordinary cupcakes and 1 of GF and they agreed with absolutely no issue, and also complied with having different casings for GF and ordinary.

Throughout the entire pricing/ quoting process to ordering and delivery, the process was simple, smooth, and created no stress whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service. I will be using Amore Bakery again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have used Amore Bakery on a few occasions and have found the service first class. The cupcakes & doughnuts have looked and tasted great. Always arrive on time and nothing is ever a problem. Happy to recommend and are now our go to branded doughnut company.

We've used Amore Bakery on a fair number of occasions now since finding them for their branded cupcakes and every order has gone without a hitch. They're very accommodating in terms of deliveries (days, times & locations) and also they're extremely well priced. Having used a number of companies for branded cupcakes previously, Amore bakery are by far our favourite! Keep up the good work :)

Amore Bakery were really helpful from start to finish. They responded to our initial enquiry within minutes, and replied straight away to further emails we sent.

They supplied pictures and examples to help us visualise how are cakes would look and were really polite and friendly.

Love working with Amore! We were looking for a regular supplier of customised cupcakes to send to clients, and they came up trumps. Our clients are delighted to receive their 'sweet treats'. Diana and the team at Amore are really easy to work with, respond promptly and always give best advice for delivery days and timings. I am excited to allocate a fifth star with just a little bit more finesse on the icing execution :-)

This was the second time I'd used Amore. The team were always quick to provide information about costings and were very patient with me while changing requests were flying around. When we were able to move ahead, they were nice and efficient, with everything being delivered on the desired day.
