The buyer’s email was definitely not ignored! 😂
After investigating this customer, we seem to have uncovered a rather interesting pattern: buy 3, keep 1, return 2, and somehow expect a full refund. At this rate, the customer has discovered a new business model that we were never taught about! 🤣
Honestly, if this keeps happening, we might need to update our return policy to include a chapter titled “How to Keep the Product and Refund the Money: The Customer’s Guide.” 😂
Jokes aside, if this behaviour is intentional, it raises serious concerns about honesty and fairness. In our book, this is definitely not the way business should be done. Even from an ethical and Islamic perspective, honesty and trustworthiness matter!

I've purchased some amazing deals Amour scents.
A couple really are longer lasting than the actual branded perfumes.
I particularly love the White Musk fragrance, but all the perfumes I've chosen are beautiful and everywhere I go I have complements from people.
Truly the value for money is next level.
I like the bundles they are just such a deal in my opinion.
Worth every penny and I'm not sure I will ever go back to buying branded over priced Scents ever again.
I'm converted and obsessed.

This batch of Roulette 540 is not good…
This batch of Roulette 540 is not good at all - I bought 2x100ml bottles and 1x60% oil one and none of them smell like the copy they are supposed to smell like - I’m very disappointed as the last bottles I had from you were really good copies !!!!! Your return system is terrible as you have to have opened the bottle to try it so then can’t return for a refund

Hi,
That’s definitely not true! 😂 We do accept returns even if the item has been opened, so there’s no need to worry about that.
As for the fragrance strength, with a 60% oil concentration, we’d certainly expect it to make its presence known! 😅 At that level, the perfume should be introducing itself before you even get the chance to.
If it isn’t performing as expected, there may be an issue with the particular bottle, and we’d be more than happy to look into it for you.
Received order of samples x4 today…
Received order of samples x4 today So glad didnt order big bottles as the ones I ordered 2 of them smell nothing like original and other 2 bottle caps bent out shape. They are advertises lasting all day I tried a sample an hour ago and can hardly smell it now.Wont order again unfortunately. They are really pushing thwir advertising campaign at the moment which I dont mind but misleading re longevity and smell likes.Dissapointed. Sames cost £13 so glad didnt buy large bottle.Delivery was quick

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with your samples.
Just to clarify, our fragrances are prepared in large batches, which are then filled into our 100ml, 50ml, and 2ml bottles. This means the fragrance itself should smell consistent across all sizes, as they come from the same batch.
We’re also sorry about the bent sample caps. Please email us at info@amourscents.com with your order number and the details of the fragrances concerned so we can look into this for you.
Amour Scents - you won't be disappointed
Amour Scents I've found to be a brilliant company. Their product - in my case Beautiful Life perfume - is excellent and I've received numerous compliments. So cost effective!
Their customer service is also excellent - I had a minor delivery problem (not of their making) which was addressed immediately.
I would highly recommend Amour Scents, you won't be disappointed.

I have just received my order
I have just received my order. It's an interpretation of Soleil Blanc. I can honestly say. It has to be the worse interpretation of the fragrence I have ever smelt or purchased. I can't understand why people like them?
