Happy with my ring purchase
I bought a ring online from them, it was delivered promptly and was beautiful. The packaging was very cute & they included a personal card, which I found a nice personal touch.

Nadat het in eerste instantie misging met het ruilen naar een andere ketting, omdat een AI chatbot verkeerde instructies gaf, is alles daarna door medewerkers goed en snel opgelost. Heel fijn!

Erg tevreden
Ik heb een ring via de webshop gekocht. Het eerste wat opviel was dat de service heel goed is geregeld. Mijn vragen werden snel in behandeling genomen en ik werd heel persoonlijk geholpen. De ring had ik gekocht voor mijn partner. De materialen en stenen zijn prachtig en de kleur van het goud is precies wat je verwacht ivm de karaat die je besteld. ze is er uiterst blij mee. Al met al erg tevreden met mijn ervaring met AVJ
