Personally speaking, I have never been a fan of shampoos and conditioners because they don't seem to give the result I want to see. Either leaving my hair dry and flaky or itchy, and for coily hair like mine it's never easy finding a right fit. But after trying their Coconut set, I noticed a slight change and difference. I was hopeful and now after weeks of usage I'm so glad with the results I'm seeing. I have to say this might be one underrated brand but it works like magic.

I appreciate the products, which are nourishing to my waves/curls. However, I do feel that the company could improve on quality customer service and shipping (not an issue each time but has been an issue on a few occasions). When I have emailed concerns, I have not readily received a reply.

I used the hair growth serum spray and the chebe oil. I could see the new growth in a short time.

I love the Amyla hair care products, especially the rosemary mint products. They make my hair soft and manageable. They make my hair so easy to comb. I have coily hair sometimes it can be a challenge but the coconut conditioners and rosemary mint are so good for my hair. Thanks Amyla Cosmetics!

I was a customer for Amyla for almost a year. Their products are pretty good but their customer service is terrible. There is no phone number you can call to get to a live agent. They only communicate via email…whenever they feel like checking it. I was on a recurring monthly subscription then one month I realized I had way more product than needed. So I reached out to the company to skip the upcoming delivery for the next month. For four days they never responded to any of my emails to skip that shipment. When they did respond it was to tell me it was too late to cancel my order because it was already being processed. They wouldn’t work with me in any fashion. Not for being a long term customer or for the fact that they took 4 days to reply to my email. Instead they shipped me a half fulfilled order because they didn’t even have all my products in stock. You would think they would credit me back the difference for the missing products for this huge inconvenience but they didn’t. They cave me a $10 coupon to use on their site for a future purchase. Yay me 😒. I cancelled EVERYTHING after that. I guess they were really willing to loose a long term customer over that. 🤷🏽‍♀️

They totally mislead buyers with their guarantee, on their website it says:

I purchased the Curly Routine products, totalling 4. Shampoo, Conditioner, Curl Cream and Mousse. I used them twice (i wash my hair once a week) it left my hair dry and frizzy and damaged feeling, the opposite of what they say it does.
I reached out to them and they said their money back guarantee is only towards the growth serum.
DO NOT BUY.
Their products suck and so does their customer service.

I ordered three types of the curl product, and received my shipment. I opened and smelled all of the product and it has a very strong chemical odor. It’s not a good scent at all. It’s almost like paint thinner. I contacted customer service, but they advised me since I had opened the containers, they were non-returnable. I’m not sure if I received a bad batch, but I honestly couldn’t recommend the product to anyone.

I love this company and their products. Customer service is fabulous too. The chebe line really helps with growth, breakage and moisture. But OMG the rosemary and mint line? CHEF’S KISS. I’m obsessed, smells AMAZING and does exactly as described.

I love the products and ordering is easy. However, I placed my order on 9/1/25 and as of 9/10/25 my order has not shipped. I also signed of for a subscription for the coily routine kit but the only option is monthly. Monthly is too often for me to need shampoo and conditioner. There should be options to change the frequency.

I was blown away by my curly kit. My curls have never looked so good and also the day after! I highly recommend the products and love how good my scalp feels too after using the chebe shampoo.

I placed an online order with this company back on July 29th. Today is August 14th and I am still yet to receive my order or to get receive a tracking number from the company to track my order! I've also received numerous emails asking about my experience with the company and my satisfaction with an order I have still yet to receive asking for refund and writing this review this is unacceptable in today's climate and job market!

All the Amyla products I had tried so far are excellent, I have been using for more than a year now. My hair feel moisturized and soft even during the Summer in Texas with high humidity. So far I had tried the shampoo and conditioner, the hair growth serum, and the treatment mask. I recently ordered the chebe powder and can’t wait to try it.

I am so grateful for Amyla!!!! I’ve been searching for years for a product that makes my hair soft, silky, bouncy and manageable. This product is just that!!! From this point forward, I will never use another product other than Amyla!!!!

While your products maybe great based on people’s reviews, your online customer service is inefficient and unsatisfactory.

I fell in love with this product by using the oil and decided to venture out and try the other hair products. So far the product works well with my hair type. No white residue at all. There is a slightly hard crunch to the finish style. I'm happy with the product and it will continue to be one of the 3 products I support.

I just started using their products and so far I am loving each and every one! Can not wait to see the results!!!
