I chose AMZ One Step due to the impressive photos displayed on their website, but the results have been a major letdown. Over the past three months, what should have been a simple project turned into a series of disappointments. The quality of the work has been subpar, and the images provided look very artificial and unprofessional.

The deliverables we received could have been done for a fraction of the cost on platforms like Fiverr. It feels like we have been ripped off, especially considering we paid $2000 for this service. The last set of images was particularly disappointing, failing to meet even basic standards of quality and professionalism.

Despite raising these concerns, the response has been inadequate. We have over 200 SKUs that we were considering sending to AMZ One Step, but after this experience, we can't continue doing business with them.

I am requesting a refund, excluding the model and baby fees, which we are willing to pay. Unfortunately, the pictures provided are unusable and far from what we expected based on their online portfolio.

I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision. We trusted AMZ One Step for their advertised professionalism and quality, but our experience has been quite the opposite.

They met my expectations and covered all the different details we provided them; I got HD images and the outcome I expected.

I worked mainly with Sharoz, he was very patient and and the team delivered great-quality photos. It took a few revisions but I was satisfied with the end result. Good value for the price as well.
