Absolutely terrible service! Never received my orders! They deleted my order history off my account. Took my money never credited for back orders avoid at all costs! I got ripped off 2 times now absolute joke! I have emails and screenshots as evidence!

WARNING - Do not order from this website as its been 4 weeks and they have not dispatched my products. They reply after 1 week of sending email that too generic email no proper eta or anything. Now its been 2 weeks they have stopped replying to my emails too. they have taken my money but refused to send any gear. look elsewhere for the sake of god.

***SCAM ALERT***Have ordered nearly 1k worth of stuff, they will not reply to any emails wont refund money refuse to answer any questions yet I sent them an email from another account about making a new purchase and they responded so obviously they are selecting who they talk to and its strictly the people who havent given them money yet! There was something wrong with this store from the beginning. We bought several different preparations from different manufacturers. Each ampoule contained a sticker that would be hard to read. It is not possible for three different manufacturers to have the wrong printer! The first time I used these preparations, I was more than sure that these things were fake. That's why I went to get my blood tested for testosterone levels. The results were the same as a man who doesn't take anything. So for 2 months I was taking canola oil! Don't be fooled either :)

Received only half the order after 3 weeks and doesn’t reply when asking for other half.

Paid to wallet. no acknowledge of receipt of money and order. Messaged many times no response.

Worst website I've ever ordered from.
Order says accepted and paid for, ask them where my order is they make up some lying story about not getting the money even though I've got an email from them saying my order is paid and completed.
Oh our wallet doesn't match the one on our website, right then how do I get an email from you saying I've paid.
Then they offer me discount for next time. Why would I order again after I get no refund and no product

If your plug in is not working properly then you shouldn't allow purchases if you knew of the problem. Then if you do, you take the hit as a business because you stuffed up, I did the right thing and got confirmation from them that my order is received and so was payment

Received what I ordered. Took 26 days to arrive. Haven't had time to test the gear, but my friends at gym use this same website with satisfying results.
