Terrible company
Bottom line: Analogue makes interesting but deeply flawed products and their customer service and support is truly poor. Ultimately, Analogue is a bad company that does not value its customers.
Here is one recent example: The Analogue Duo press release specifically states that the console is fully compatible with an everdrive but there are major bugs and issues present that do not happen on original hardware. When I contacted them about it they stated that the Duo is not compatible with an everdrive. It literally states on their website right now (in plain english) that it is fully compatible and then their response to my request is that it is not compatible. Are you kidding me? Also, the turbo switches are not supported when the manufacturer recommended (8bitdo) controller (linked on their website) is paired directly to the Duo console. This makes many games totally unplayable. I contacted Analogue about this and my request was ignored. This is the type of oversight that is so completely ridiculous they should be embarrassed and apologetic about it. Instead they ignore their customers. An absolutely disgusting company. Disgrace.

Good product, but awful company
After paying $50 shipping and $70 import fees, I received what appears to be a used device with heavy scratches and flaking off paint. Reached out to Analogue immediately after receiving it and have not heard back after almost 2 weeks.
Looking at the different Analogue forums, I'm not the only one having this experience.
Great products, but absolutely awful company.

Great company with awesome products. I have been buying from them for years and own 5 of their consoles. Lately how long their preorder phase is seems a bit much, but always happy with the product.
