I received a necklace with 2 different stones. It was a gift for my daughter. She only wore occasionally, only on rare occasion. One of the pieces fell out and when I contacted for questions of repair I sent a picture and was asked to pay for shipping to return. When I asked for prepaid envelope the email address became non existent as I was no longer able to reach out to that address or another response to customer service at all.
Beautiful pieces but beware!!

I have purchased many rings and pendants from here. While the pendants seem to be holding up, most of the rings have broken, lost a stone, had stones turn colors, etc. Some I've been refunded for, some I've only received a partial refund. Rings are awful quality.

In receiving countless emails with promise of a discount, they delivered. In ordering an item through PayPal a screen indicated I would be sent back to the site to review my purchase. That didn't happen and the purchase went through. In trying to contact them ALL PHONE NUMBERS LISTED FOR THEM ARE NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I 'might' be able to cancel the order. Though PayPal indicates I should try to resolve through the seller. After numerous tries they did finally respond to my emails. They offered to make good on the discount that was not applied. The quality of their items are breath taking and they made good in the Customer Service arena.

I concur with other reviews. The jewelry is divine - like great quality, good silver, quality stones. I've bought hundred of dollars of jewelry from Ana. Last shipment I was shorted a pendant. I sent a friendly "Hey, send or refund" email. A week went by - no answer. Second email a week later - no answer. Sent another message last night but I get the feeling I will never see my money or the pendant. I'm sorry Ana, this is unacceptable customer service for sure. Won't order from here again :( Which makes me sad because I told everyone I knew how wonderful you were!

I’ve bought a lot of pieces from these guys over the years you’re not going to be finding more beautiful pieces for that price.

Was ordering from them and had an issue with the system and free shipping, I have ordered and like their jewelry. They reach out to me to finish my order explained what was happening and was called stupid by the representative. I responded and advised not professional or helpful. Never again. If there are issues it is your system. Don't blame the customer.

Purchases several times in this shop. At the beginning, I was well served and George answered my questions quickly. Then, when a large order I had made was lost (or never sent by Ana Silver co, I don't know...) I couldn't contact him or have all my emails answered. This is really not professional. So in the end I have bad experiences and I don't recommend them...

I loved the piece right from the unpacking. The energy of the pendant connected to me right away, and I didn't feel it needed much clearing before I wore it. I feel the frequency of the shop and handling of the crystals is high. Shipping to Denmark was fast an inexpensive. Definitely buying more pieces from here.

Every piece of jewelry I bought from them has been excellent!! Love every piece. Gets addicting though lol. I definitely recommend them .
