After trying several different office and gaming chairs and struggling with discomfort and pressure points, I bought the AndaSeat Novis and the difference was immediate. My first words to my partner after sitting in it were, “This is it — I’ve found the one!”

The seat is exceptionally comfortable and supportive without creating pressure around my thighs, the fabric feels excellent, and it has been a completely different experience from the other chairs I've tried. I honestly couldn't believe the difference. Extremely impressed with the Novis.

I have a Kaiser 4 and its incredibly comfortable - I use it for roughly 10-12hours a day for work and gaming. I have bought cheaper models from other brands and they end up leaving me feeling stiff and aching after long periods of sitting down.

Planning on buying more for my kids as they wont leave my chair alone!

The stitching split and the material cracked on my chair, and they refused to cover it under warranty. I only weigh 52kg, so this kind of failure should not happen. I would suggest to avoid their products as the quality feels worse than the one on AliExpress

I bought a brand new Kaiser 4 chair a month ago, and the lumbar support adjusting knobs are got broken after 2 weeks. I got contacted with costumer support, who replied quickly, but didn't bother to help too much, Ultimately, they promised a replacement, but that is not happened even after 2 weeks. They gone silent, the last time i heard about them, it was more than a week ago, when i asked for an update, and they replied they are waiting for a response from the warehouse, but after that, nothing.

I am utterly frustrated, i am sitting in a broken 400£+ brand new chair, what is very badly hurting my back, because the lumbar support stucked in a very uncomfortable position, meanwhile i am waiting for the manufacturer response, but they only playing the good cop bad cop game.

Hugely disappointed with costumer service, never choosing Anda Seat again.

I bought a Kaiser 3 online from a retail store at an amazing price. I got the chair to discover that it came with 2 Right handed Magnetic armrests and not a Left and Right one. The store unfortunately had no more chairs and I could have returned it. However it was so comfortable and easy to build. Dismantling it and putting it back in the box and organising a pick up would have been a right pain. ( You seen how large these gaming chair boxes are and its like a jigsaw - easy to take apart but hard to put back together in a way that fits )

I came from a DX racing chair that was 7 years old which is so tatty now. I contacted Andaseat uk support via email with my issue and they asked for the invoice which I supplied and informed me that they would ship out a Left Magnetic arm rest. Nora Z was the support engineer who organised all of this so shoutout to Nora and the rest of the support team. The next day which was a saturday - DPD delivered the Left Arm rest. Now that's what I call support. So the time from me making the initial email with the issue and getting the replacement was 3 days ! I will definitely be buying another chair from them.

Don’t believe the hype bout these seats. Noisy wheels. Packed so tight in box the foam is dented in the seat. They even bout their foam keeping shape. Well it’s not in shape from day one. Spoke to them and they didn’t want to know.
