I’m delighted with my Andrew Martin Bomore Pistachio and Tiger Tree Multi cushions. Both are beautiful, exceptionally well made and even better in person. The Tiger Tree Multi is especially striking, with intricate, unique embroidery that makes it a real statement piece.
They’re excellent value, particularly as quality fillings are included. Other retailers often charge £40-£60 for the cover alone, with the filling costing extra. Overall, they feel luxurious, beautifully made and offer outstanding value.

It is the sofa quality that I am not…
It is the sofa quality that I am not happy with. They are overpriced for the poor quality. I paid over £4000 for a Secton 3 seater Rocco Navy. The Linen looks worn after just under a year and the seating already looks tacky. Am always having to puff out the seating- not worth the money.

Product not expedited promptly
I requested that the item be expedited immediately as I’m disabled and had nothing to sit on since moving property to a new home. I was told by the courier that the driver had a family emergency. In fact when I had asked him (one of three men in the vehicle) how his family member was doing, he looked blank and didn’t know what I was referring to. The delivery service was less than adequate in lying ti me, despite the product being great.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and upset caused by the delay to your delivery, particularly given the circumstances you had explained to us. We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the product itself, but we completely understand why the delivery experience left you disappointed.
We have looked into this with our delivery partner and can confirm that there was a genuine and unexpected personal emergency affecting a member of the original delivery crew, which unfortunately meant your scheduled delivery had to be rearranged. The team who subsequently delivered your order were a different crew and would not have been aware of the personal circumstances affecting their colleague. We’re sorry that this wasn’t made clearer to you at the time, as we can understand how the situation may have appeared from your perspective.
While unforeseen circumstances can sometimes affect deliveries, we recognise that the communication around this could have been better and have raised this with our delivery partner.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope you can enjoy your new furniture despite the disappointing experience surrounding its delivery.

I had trouble getting through online and so spoke to a really helpful person who said he would send me a link to pay direct to Andrew Martin. From that moment on everything ran so smoothly up until I received my delivery which I was delighted with!!
