House Sale
House Sale – Wallington Branch
We recently sold our house in Wallington and are very happy to recommend Andrews Wallington.
It was our first time selling a house, and James Conner, Liudmila Tiora and the team helped us throughout the process. There are a lot of estate agents in the Wallington and Carshalton area, and we decided to go with Andrews after meeting James, who was approachable, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.
We were very happy with the service throughout. The team were efficient, professional and kept us well informed at every stage. The whole process was handled smoothly, and we would happily recommend James and the Andrews Wallington team to anyone looking to sell their property.

House sale
I can’t thank the MSN Andrews branch team enough for everything throughout the sale of our property. From the very first valuation right through to completion, they were absolutely fantastic.
Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but our main contact Tanya was knowledgeable, informative and her genuine care made such a difference. She was always on hand to answer any questions, kept us updated every step of the way, her communication was outstanding from start to finish. I always felt informed and reassured, knowing she was looking after everything.

I had a really positive experience viewing a flat, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and well organised.
A special thank you to Rebekah from the Downend branch, who was absolutely lovely throughout. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She was super helpful, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Great Communication!
Every step of the process has been very easy for myself and my partner with plenty of clear communication along the way when looking for places to rent in the Bristol area!
We have just returned from a lovely viewing led by Rebekah at the Downend branch. She was very thorough in making sure we had all the information we needed and was very welcoming!
We will definitely keep an eye out for properties from Andrews again!

Proactive and helpful
We were looking for house to rent around Bristol, we booked a viewing on Saturday when Harpindar at the Downend branch showed us around. She’s been on top of everything and proactively contacting the land lady for our offer, she arranged a meeting with the land lady on Tuesday and our offer accepted! Super helpful would defo use Andrew’s again!
