Ik schijf hierbij een review omdat ik een bestelling heb gedaan maar op diversen mails gewoon geen Antwoord krijg op de simpele vraag wanneer mijn bestelling wordt verzonden voorheen wel vaker besteld maar dat ging altijd goed.

De producten zijn top nu nog leveren aub

Per abuis 5 stuks 100ml gekocht terwijl ik vroeger de 5 liter kon kopen.
De prijs voor 100 ml gaat nergens over veel te duur
Wanneer er geen grotere hoeveelheden te koop zijn voor een normale prijs was dit de lastste keer

Your products are excellent. I have used several of them, including Angelwax Fifth Element Wax, Angelwax Guardian High Endurance Wax, Angelwax Enigma Ceramic Infused Wax, and Angelwax Dark Star Nebula professional graphene ceramic coating. All of these products delivered very impressive results in gloss, slickness, and overall finish quality.

However, I had a very poor experience with one of your resellers, Angelwax Chicago. They charged me for the full order but only shipped part of the products. Multiple emails were ignored, and the issue was never resolved. That experience was very disappointing.

I am glad that I can now purchase directly from Angelwax Europe, and I plan to continue using your products. However, for the sake of your brand reputation, I believe it would be wise to review your relationship with this reseller, as their behavior reflects poorly on an otherwise excellent product line.

De zending werd niet verstuurd, en via via kreeg ik iemand aan de telefoon dat Angelwax was overgenomen, en dat het allemaal een puinhoop was.

Uiteindelijk wel na precies een maand, vandaag zending ontvangen. 0 sterren voor de oude Angelwax, 5 sterren voor de nieuwe directie, die het voor elkaar heeft gekregen om de zending netjes te leveren.
