Hi Ovidiu, sorry to hear you feel this way. Our tech team has checked and found no issues with our system. We send review requests after orders to gather honest feedback, but we have safeguards to prevent too many being sent. As a B2B business, some customers order daily without issues, as we space out requests carefully. I can see you’ve placed 4 orders in the past year and received 4 emails — this wouldn’t be considered excessive. Hi Charlie, please note we are a wholesale website and as such we only provide accounts to genuine businesses. When you sign up for an account the application will go into an approval process where we asses your details, we state this after you sign up and with follow up emails explaining this and the outcome of your application. This would be the reason that you couldn't place an order or add to basket. I did reach our for your details to see the state of your application but you refused to provide them so I can't see status of your account but if you contact customer service at customerservice@angelwholesale.co.uk we can help look into this further.

We are a wholesale website and this is quite a common practice to not show prices until you are logged in

We sincerely apologise for the frustration you've experienced. Please note that all damages or defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Regrettably, since this issue was reported over 50 days after receiving the product, we are unable to offer a refund. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further assistance.

Hi Lewis,

Are you able to provide us with an order reference as there wasn't one provided by you when we reached out for more information with trustpilot. We got your email address and name but can't find any order in our system on either of them so if you can provide me with an order reference I can see what's gone wrong. At the moment I can't identify any order against your name.

Hi Gill, I'm sorry you feel this way about us and we try and make our standard delivery times very clear at the checkout so customers know if they want to chose an express service or not. You order was placed on November 18th Friday evening and despatched 7 working days later to arrive the next day. I can see there have been numerous delivery attempts but they were unable to deliver and the parcel is still active. I can also see emails replying to you so I will chase to see it these aren't getting through to you. Based on your comments I'll get this delivery returned to us and arrange a refund ASAP

Hi Rachel,

I'm really sorry you experienced this and thanks for providing us with your order information. I've taken a look and can see that the order was despatched within 24 hours but it was grossly delayed with the couriers and apologise for that. Their maximum time period on that service is 72 hours and they went well over. I'm also sorry you weren't happy about the quality of the bodysuits we have had no complaints in quality over the thousands of sales we've had on these. I will get one our team to reach out to you and provide a resolution.
