Animal Health use Royal Mail so I don't expect the speed you get from Amazon Prime or DHL. Still, AH were offering free delivery so no cause for complaint. Just remember to order before you run out.

The most efficient
Called and spoke to someone immediately in regards to a next day delivery for puppy formula for a declining pup that needed hand feeding. Within 20 minutes of ordering the delivery company had my parcel and I received by 8.30am the next day. 16 hours from online order to puppy’s tummy. Very grateful and efficient once again. Kindest regards
