Don’t order from them, they’re a scam!!!
I ordered 10 (ten) coffee cups. I received 6 with no problem. Then two more came but not what I ordered, the company claimed all items received were correct. Also claims all items were delivered. 6+2=8, not 10. What a douche of a company.

We ordered 2 doormats with the picture of our dog on it in November, we got 2 small like placemats in March.
In April I asked for a refund but didn't receive it, now it's May

$25 for a 3$ ornament ,, piece of plastic picture didnt even match up on the back side. white plastic sticking out. 3 inches wtalll 1/8 inch thick

I would not even give this company one star! I placed order with them 10/2/22 and it is 1/20/23 and order still not here. I have sent a total of 9 emails to them and they continue to have a different excuse every time. Horrible customer service and the two items that arrived 2 months later, were the wrong dogs on the ornament. I am still waiting, three months later for my other three items. This company is a total scam. Do NOT order from them!

First, it took almost two months to be delivered. It cost $17.99 for the "ornament" (term used very loosely), $5.99 for shipping (the box was 4" x 4" x 1" thick), tax and a foreign transaction fee on the credit card to pay for it.

It's essentially a piece of plastic with a label on both sides but hey, they did include the string to hang it on a tree.

I wouldn't bother purchasing anything from this company, EVER!

The schnauzer ornament I ordered is not 3 dimensional as the picture implies. It's a joke! It's a scam! Waste of money. No refunds. A piece of plastic where you can hardly see the dog.

Very disappointed!!! I ordered a gray French Bulldog Christmas ornament and they sent me a tan one. When I emailed I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months to try and get them to rectify their mistake and to no avail I ended up with an ornament that doesn’t even look like my dog and they offered me a refund but not for the full amount. I will never order from them again.

I can not even give this so call company a review of 1 star. They are a scam from China who took pictures from another company and sold on their fave website. They are SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!!! I ordered an ornament as a gift and what I received a month later was a extremely small plastic picture of some other companies product. This piece of junk smelled of chemicals so bad I had to throw it away. They had the nerve to charge 17.99 plus shipping of 3.50 for something that didn’t weigh an ounce.
Gross. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

This company is a scam. I reiterate everything said by the other disgruntled customers, as to wait time, quality of the ornament I ordered, and poor communication. I ordered what appeared to be a three dimensional dog ornament for $18. What I received one month after ordering was a flat plastic or cardboard cutout, quite small in size that is worth perhaps $1 at most.
This company misrepresents its products, provides inferior service and then asks you not to open the dispute on payment gateways. Lesson learned here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered item 26 November and received item today. There was no indication that this item was actually being shipped from China. item is not representative of what was advertised. Buyer beware!

Ordered four ornaments at $16 each. The pictures of these dog ornaments were very cute. They turned out to be a picture of the dog on a piece of clear plastic. They are so cheap and not worth more than $1 each and I’m sure cost much less to make them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR ORDER THESE.

I ordered 2 christmas ornaments on Nov 13. On Nov 23 I got an email that my order was on the way. I checked the tracking number from the post office and saw they were still awaiting the item. As of Dec 4 they were still awaiting receipt of the item. Customer service says there was a delay at customs. The item was coming from New York to Florida. There is no need for customs for this delivery. On Dec 7 I received an email saying the package left the shipping facility at 2:45 a.m. on Dec 8. This message was sent to me on Dec 7. On Dec 11 the post office was still awaiting delivery of the item. This has been 29 days since I placed my order. The post office is still waiting for the item. I'm wondering if there really was an order or did they just take my money.

Updated review: Dec 24, 2022. Item was not received. Credit card company credited my account.

My actual rating is no stars. Ordered a dog ornament on Nov 24 and never received an E-confirmation as promised. Wrote them an E-mail and they said to trust them that they had my order. They sent a tracking number but said it wouldn’t be effective for a few days and then in 10 days if I didn’t receive my order to notify them. Also asked me not to call my credit card company and dispute. So of course I did that ASAP! I also immediately responded to that email and said I wanted a copy of my original order & the tracking number link did not work. They assured me not to worry. I put the tracking number in google and it said a label was created on Dec 2. This gave me hope it still was coming. One Dec 10 I checked the tracking # again and it has not progressed from the creation of the label. My credit card co has a hold on the payment. We shall see if it ever arrives. Also now they are constantly sending me emails with % off offers.

I ordered an ornament of a Maltese with a santa that sleeping in angel's wings. What I got is not what I expected. If the company had been more upfront about the product instead of just posting a photo of it, I may or may not have ordered it. I was able to get the plastic protective film off which took me forever. It's cute but I do not think it is worth the price I paid for it. If you come across great reviews of this company, insist on photos of the product they received. I think their marketing is a little misleading.
