I ordered the Ribblehead viaduct framed print and was really pleased with it. It arrived within a few days, very well packaged, looks great on the wall.

Straightforward and efficient!

My print was framed perfectly and arrived within 3 days. It was very carefully packaged so arrived in perfect condition. I looked as good in reality as on the web site. Excellent service. Will definitely order again and recommend Animato.

Easy process online…
I just bought digital gift vouchers but the online purchase was simple and the vouchers arrived in my mail inbox immediately. My only niggle, and it's a small one, was that I wanted one £40 voucher and received 4x£10 vouchers.

Cracked frame - No replies to emails
Picture arrived with a cracked frame. Emailed the customer support email but never received a reply. Seems that this company is happy to deal with you until something goes wrong.
