I ordered two pairs of shorts from Anna Newyork back on March 16, 2026. They sent me an email within 2 days stating the order was about to ship, but it’s now April 18th and the order status is still “Processing”. I see no obvious way to contact them, and am afraid I’ve been scammed. I would advise extremely caution when considering purchasing from this company.

Product matches the description, good cut and very pleasant fabric. This won't be my last order.

I received exactly what I ordered, and the quality is quite nice for the price. The design matches the pictures, and the item feels comfortable to wear. A good shopping experience overall.

I do not comprehend why bad reviews are so numerous. It was a fantastic experience: great quality, fast delivery, customer service, and, to top everything, a very affordable price. In short, perfect! I recommend 100%. Here will I order once more.

My order came well and was well packaged. The garments are comfortable and appear fashionable as well as the photographs. I liked the after-sales care of their customer care department. An enjoyable experience to me.

This company is a scam in my opinion. They took my money weeks ago, have not delivered anything, and send me AI-generated emails that provide not an estimate on a delivery date. I also don’t think they have any connection to New York. I saw something where the are located in China or somewhere else overseas. Save your money. Don’t order from this company!

This is the worst online store! I placed an order on March 21st & received a tracking number on March 23rd, saying “info received”! Today is April 10th & still the status has not progressed from March 23rd! I’ve sent multiple emails inquiring about the status, and each time I’ve received a lengthy non-specific response! They can’t even disclose where the items are being shipped from! They are a total fraudulent operating business! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

They have nice ads but their products are the worst quality you can imagine. I have had better products at Walmart than what Anna offers. I gave them a chance to make it right and they think they are doing me a favor if the option to get 15% credit without returning the product or at my expense return this lousy product back to China warehouse.
I think not! They got me once and now twice but I am done with Chinese clothing manufacturing. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Total Scam!!!! Run like Hell!!!! Calling AMEX to get my payment returned, total fraud!!!!

I absolutely love the blazer from the Lisa suit set—it’s structured and looks very professional. The pants are just a tiny bit long for my 5'3 height. I'll need to wear heels or get them hemmed, but considering the amazing sale price, it's still a fantastic deal.

The clothes themselves are fantastic—soft, well-stitched, and true to the size chart. My only minor gripe is that the outer shipping box got a little dented in transit. The clothes inside were perfectly protected, but a sturdier box would make the unboxing experience even better.

The adjustable waist on the Gerald Wide Pants is a genius feature, and the material feels very high quality. Shipping to Texas took about 9 days, which felt just a little bit slow, but honestly, the pants are so good I would gladly wait for them again.

If I could provide less than a 1* I would. Terrible service. Weeks until I finally reached out about the order. They eventually shipped it and I got it nearly a month after ordering. The swim shorts were basically see through and ridiculously thin and tight. The swim shorts and regular shorts had pockets the size of children that you could not hold anything in or put your hand in. Every item was way too small. All they wanted to do was reduce the cost. The no hassle returns are a TOTAL LIE. It would cost nearly $400 to return my order to a zip code in China that FedEx told us they would likely never receive the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
