And the deadbeat goes on....

I am sorry to see so many continued bad experiences with this company. When I ordered expensive velvet from her I received what felt like plastic and looked like some green color that was not even close to what I ordered (Morris Strawberry Thief pattern). It was hideous. She made no attempt to apologize, in fact, she berated me for complaining and refused to refund what I paid for something that was supposed to be a back drop for a church altar and made threats if I dared to review her business practices.

DO NOT purchase anything from this woman. She creates it on Spoonflower but her "art" doesn't extend to recognizing quality and the importance of color matching. Very disappointing, feel like I was intentionally robbed.

No response regarding poorly made item

Hi--Had a good experience with two orders. But, recently, they sent me a pillow with the wrong (loose threads, etc.) side of the featured fabric on the outside. I have written three cordial emails requesting assistance. All have been ignored. The item is useless as is. This is going on several weeks.

The worse experience ever

The worse experience ever. On their web site it shows a background of white on the blue tones of fabrics I purchased from Annabel Bleu just to find out when receiving the order, the background is in this yellowish/beige color which does not match my decor, therefore I do not have any use for them. I notified them as soon as I could and the responded with … Hi! As stated in the item description and in our Return Policy we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fabric yardage. It is custom cut to the amount of yards you ordered. This is standard practice for fabric sellers. Also, the item description states that the background is flaxen-colored. (Which by the way not the average person knows the meaning of this which is actually beige not white).These people have no idea on how to treat their customers. This is why they have so many bad/NEGATIVE reviews. If only I would have read these reviews I would have never ordered from them. People be WARNED THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICES. They just want to sell nothing more. They don’t care of gaining future repetitive customers. WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I ordered pillows and the back fabric was completely different on both of them. I emailed them 4 times with no response. I spent quite a bit of money on these pillows and was not even given the decency of a return email. There is no phone number and they don’t answer emails! BUYER BEWARE!

Scam Alert

They tripled my order. There is zero customer service. Can't talk to anyone and messages are not returned. I ended up paying $150 for one pillow case. And they still sent me several emails stating that my shopping cart was still full.

Horrendous Customer Service – Order Never Received!

I placed an order from Annabel Bleu on Chairish, and 23 days later –– I still had not received my order within the seller's advertised lead time of 2 weeks (made to order; not including shipping transit time).

Ultimately, it took 24 days, 6 emails, and numerous escalations within Chairish management to get a response on a) order status and b) shipment tracking number. I did not receive either. The final response was a full refund.

NEVER AGAIN will I spend money with Annabel Bleu and advise others to stay far far away.

Details:

On January 30, I placed an order.

On February 9 I reached out to inquire when the order would ship. Chairish responded: "I will connect with the Seller to confirm the status of shipping for this order and for them to provide the tracking details. Once confirmed, I will provide you with the details!"

On February 12, I sent a 2nd email to request order status and shipment ETA. Still no response.

On February 14, I sent a 3rd email to request order status and shipment ETA. I finally received a response with a lie suggesting "14 days as this is made to order. Please note that the listed lead times are in reference to the number of business days required." The listing clearly stated "2 weeks" made to order.

On February 18, I received an email from Chairish stating "I have not yet heard back from the seller..."

On February 19, I sent my 4th email in response stating "We are past the 14 day lead time and the revised 14 business day lead time." I indicated that if a tracking # is not provided by February 21, I require a full refund.

*After researching Annabel Bleu on the Better Business Bureau, it's clear this is not an isolated incident. The seller accepts payment and never ships the product.

On February 21, I escalated this issue (now my 5th email) to senior managment at Chairish. Still no response.

On February 23, my 6th email, I escalated the issue to more contacts within Chairish leadership –– hoping for a resolution. Only when I did this, did I receive a full refund within a few hours and – NO response apologizing for their incompetence and subpar customer service.

It took 24 days, 6 emails, and numerous escalations within Chairish management to get an a) order status and b) shipment tracking number.

Final outcome – a refund 24 days later and no follow-up communication.

Something is fundamentally wrong with this company and seller. Horrendous customer service, poor and non-existent communication with customers and a failure to provide simple transactional updates. Operationally, Chairish and Annabel Bleu are a hideous disaster.

I will NEVER order from Chairish or Annabel Bleu again and warn everyone I know to stay far away from both parties.

Update: 56 days later, after multiple escalations with senior management I FINALLY received my order. Still, no communication from Annabel Bleu when I reached out directly. My decision remains unchanged; I will not place another order with either company.
