My chair is due soon which is exactly as estimated. So far I have been very happy with the service I have received. I bought a table from this firm last year which was exactly what I had been looking for for some time. The salesmen on both occasions have been very friendly and helpful. They spent time with me whilst I was making sure the items were exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure selling and they answered any questions I had. The salesman this time,Harry, has been keeping me informed with the progress of my purchase. The choice of items in their show room is very extensive and it was very refreshing to be able to browse at my own pace without any interruptions from staff. Really looking forward to my purchase arriving.

I recently bought some furniture items (two coffee tables) from Annettes and as always the level of service provided there is exceptionally good. The quality of furniture stocked is matched by the quality of help, care and advice on hand from the team. Rob (Harris) went out of his way to help me re my thoughts and answer questions about a new sofa and chair. He was very helpful providing information re fabrics and dimensions and ideas. Nothing was too much trouble. In addition, Annette's Delivery team are superb and my very heavy coffee tables were delivered and carried carefully upstairs in a very careful and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend Annettes for both quality of stock and quality of their staff.

Ordered online, garden furniture- Service was very efficient via email and telephone regarding status of my order and arranging delivery date. Delivery was prompt, furniture well packaged, assembled by 2 lovely polite delivery men and sited where I needed it. Delighted with my purchase.

Helpful and knowledgeable sales team, nothing too much trouble. Good range of furniture and plenty of fabric samples. We decided we did not need one chair and they were able to cancel the order - no moans, groans or penalties. The delivery guys were on time, sorted and friendly.

We bought a sofa and found the staff very pleasant and helpful without being pushy.

As we didn't know when our room would be ready for the sofa to be delivered, Annett's were very happy to store the sofa for us until it was. That made a big difference to us.

The delivery team were were careful bringing the sofa into our home and put sticky pads on the undersides of the feet to protect our LVT floor.

We are very pleased with our sofa and we intend going back to Annett in Hereford to look for a chair. We have recommended the store to a neighbour.

From the interaction in the store with Damian to the delivery with Dan and Clive first class and very professional the company should be very proud of these guys long may it continue Charlie and Lynda Thomas
