Bait and Switch?
Their website promoted a bench on sale for an incredible price. So, I ordered it. What arrived -- 3 weeks later -- was a cube, not a bench.
I called Cust. Service and they said they'd send the correct product. Okay, great!
Then, the next day, I got an email - in fact email after email from a snarky CS rep telling me that I knew I was ordering the "cube" and that she was sending me a tag to return it via FedEx and then, then, I'd get my refund. Mind you, no apology, no admission that their website STILL shows the same product at the same incredible price. Just, I'm wrong and this is what is going to happen.
Nope - it is illegal to promote something on your website and not honor the price. So I said so.
And they don't give a poot. Never expected such unethical behavior from this company.
Never again.
