Having tried to manage my strained tendon injury myself for several weeks with no success I contacted Ann Physiocare who responded immediately and were able to offer me a range of appointments. The physiotherapist was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and listened carefully to my symptoms and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Being someone who is very active, I was very keen to get full mobility back asap. The daily exercises which were recommended for the injury helped tremendously and I felt that each day I was improving. Thank you for restoring my mobility so that I am now able to enjoy all my hobbies again. I would highly recommend Ann Physiocare and would use them again should the need arise.

Hetal has been a great help. She showed me exercises to work through my initial severe back pain and then maintenance exercise to strengthen the weaker areas that contributed to the pain. I was given exercises to do a home and things to do in the gym. Over satisfied with the service.

My back and shoulder pain was massively helped by treatment from Ann Physiocare in Dundee. My therapist (a lovely Sri Lankan lady whose name I’ve forgotten - sorry!) was warm and friendly and very attentive to my needs, always making sure I was getting what I needed and being careful not to put me in positions of pain or discomfort.

Sagar did a fantastic job with my hip. His advice was good and 6 weeks on my hip of strong and sturdy. Thanks again!

I've had a few physio session with ann physiocare and had the most amazing experience. Debashish is great at his job and gave very useful recovery advice after each session I had with him. He is very professional and has great communication skills by letting you know what he is doing before he does it which I felt was very helpful. I felt very comfortable with him and 100% would request for him again if I ever needed physio sessions
